These people are a collection agency, going after anyone who has bounced a check at payday loan place. (Dollarwise). They purchased the debt from a previous colection agency who sold the debt to them, hoping to collect. I filed bankruptcy and included an original creditor in the bankruptcy. These people continue to try to collect. They are doing so illegally. Just a big hassle having to educate these vultures.  They cannot collect on a debt that has been discharged, but they will try to use intimidation and scare tactics to do so. Report them to the FTC. You can do it on line. Also to the state attorney general from the state they are registered and your state.

this number has called my phone 4 times. Leaves the same message you all talk about. With about a month gap between the first 2 calls. I wont answer it or call it back. I'm on the west coast, nowhere near Georgia.

I made a police report 2 days ago. im gonna follow up on it. If possible we should all take legal and civil action on this company.  Jack a** just called me me again at 8:40 am. lets all continue this blog for record.

this person has called me three separate times.  claims to be Investigator Ross with r and a investigations and wants a return call. should have written all the other call times but will now.  Supposedly it is a cell phone from Georgia.

this guy claims to be an investigator for R and A investigations looking for a woman named v. ramos and the message is urgent.. I returned his call twice and he refuses to give info. when i ask him questions he starts to stutter on the phone. contacted police and they stated that i cant make a report unless he calls back several times. dont know how harrassment laws work in your ares but attempt to make a police report. States his name is investigator Ross.

Just received this call today. Same message - claims to be an investigator requesting an urgent return call.

This person has been calling my friend for over a year repeatedly and threatening her to find out information about someone she doesn't know or someone she isn't related too. This person is on other websites calling from this phone number 678-666-1447 which registers from Georgia. We believe it to be a phone stalker since he appears to be calling up harassing females. Get your phone number changed and do not list yourself. This guy is a sicko.

did you find out who they are?  they are calling me & claiming to be a private investigator.  He says it is extremely urgent I call today.  Any info would be appreciated.
