Bogus bill collector trying to give his phone number a preemptive SEO massage.

This is little more than extortion.  Warrants are issued only by judges and only on the application of duly constituted law enforcement agencies who have probably cause to believe the subject of the warrant commuted a crime.   Warrants are NOT issued to debt collectors.   Being in debt is not a crime.  You cannot be arrested for ordinary civil debt.

Go to the police and make a complaint.  You've been the subject of an attempt at extortion.

Stupid idiots! The company that is closed was in a different location! I took out the loan with intent to pay but lost my job. I googled the # and when I read the comments I knew it was BS!

this person Ashley Greene called my brother in regards to a situation of mine supposedly... we call her back and she states that we owe a total of $1700.. funny thing is how did she get my brothers phone number.. she said the same thing we have to pay or warrants for arrest will be issued tomorrow.. and this is something that happened supposedly back in 2008..

I have been getting messages about a case pending in county court.  Cake states her name is ashley greene. They are very rude and threatening.  Saying my wife will go to jail if she doesn't ball immediately.  Let the bi keep calling.  Until we are served with court papers.

Received a call from this # , EWA a collection agency and it was about a loan I Received from cashnet usa 4yrs ago..I was a little skeptical at first but once getting all the info I needed I realized this was a legitimate call..I have been trying to pay my debt but was so afraid of being scammed..but this # was legitimate and I paid my loan back $1125 and received all the paperwork the same day.
