I recieved a call from this number saying that they have my social number from a bank account being open in texas and a loan was taken out online and cashed at this bank.  I didn't even know you could take out loans online and they've informed me that there will be a warrant out for my arrest if i don't pay.  And this was supposedly done in 2009.  I mean they were really convincing i thought i was going to jail for something i didn't do.  Until i called a private investigator and they informed me that it was a scam.

I received a call (numerous calls, actually) from this number.  The caller said it was about an item returned from my bank.  I have not had anything returned from my bank period, so it is a scam of some sort.  He gave a call back number of 800-859-8781 which is for a Rosenthal, Stein, & Associates.

Yes they keep calling me saying that they are handling a case for a payday loan. I don't owe any payday loans. People will do anything to steal a dollar today.

Yes, I got a call about 1pm today.  They left a voice mail stating that I needed to have my attorney speak with them.  Do not worry as this is a scam and I have reported them to the FBI IC3 department.
