They almost got me - said they were calling and pressing charges for Theft of Leased Property and "granted" me an out of state restitution of $400, and I was to wire it in 2 hours or I would have a warrant out and all these ramifications. I called the corporate office to which they claimed they were trying to "file charges" against me for and their legal department stated is there is NO SUCH department of Aarons Mediation. They used a 920-267-5480 number to call me from and said if I had problems wiring the cash to call 678-701-5699 and they would walk me through it. They claim they are the Corporate Attorney's office, but refused to give me a bar number. Per the State of Georgia Bar, they can only look up a place by a companies bar number. The woman on the phone wanted me first and last name to look up a case, after refusing to do so, she stated to me if I wanted information I would have to give her my full name. I immediately hung up.

Do not send them money!! There is no such place - the State of GA's Bar said they do not know of a corporate attorneys office.

Beware of this company.  This is another WCCI scam.  Also known as Johnson and Johnson Mediations, The Proverbs group etc.  They will take money for a legitimate date claiming they are collecting for the company you owe but they are not.  Do not pay them or listen to their threats!
