They called me twice.

This company called me and said that Shelley Kirtley was using me as an emergency contact.  I have never heard of this person before and now I wonder if my identity was stolen.  The person did not identify themselves.

They just called our house saying that my husband owed a payday loan... We are military and do not get those.... Lady got all kinds of pissed off at me when I asked her to spell the name of the company. Turing them into JAG tomorrow!!!! She sure did call the wrong house!

I got the same agent, Agent Cunningham, and she caught me in my five minutes of stupidity. They continued to keep calling. I would do further investigation before paying these people. They also go by:
CAC Financial/CRS Investigations...beware!

I recieved a call from this number today telling me it was agent cunningham an investigator for check fraud. No company name was given. they also called my sister telling her they were a federal agent and told my dad they were turning me over for felony prosecution

Thank you courtney .... i will use this address.  they called my grandmother telling her they were a GA DA and that i was being investigated for check fraud ... GRRRRRR!!

This is also Dorsey, thorton, and Associates -A debt collector out of Union City, Georgia. They will use scare tactics and make empty threats to have you arrested if you don't pay. Do your research on the type of debt you owe before you panic and pay them over the phone. The investigator that called me did not give me the name of the company at first. She refused to give me a mailing address so that I could send a  cease and desist letter. I found the mailing address on this website - 7302 Basalt Dr. Union City, GA 30291.
