I got much the same call as everyone else above, some payday loan that I have no recollection of ever requesting let alone recieving the funds for and that I owe in excess of $2500.00.  I say in excess of because Mrs. Johnson could not make up her mind how much it was, it varied depending on where in her rant she was.  She proceeded to tell me she was using a person finder locator so she could someone down to fingerprint me, I asked if I was being arrested, she replied that she did not say that.  Last time I checked a private company could not fingerprint a private citizen willy nilly.  

She stated the last four digits of my SSN, they were incorrect, I advised this, to which she responded that I was not willing to cooperate. I was in serious truoble and looking at one year in jail for fraud, I was going to punished to the fullest extent of the LAW.  The rant continued through pleading my case to a judge, call a friend to borrow the money, but I had to put her on hold as I was not allowed to hang up or she would escalate the case, could she call a friend for me to get the money.

Last time I checked the Fair Collection Act made these kind of collection practices ILLEGAL.  I MUST be notified in writing of any debt, I MUST be given reasonable time to respond etc, etc, etc.  

I hung up on her at the phone a friend and put me on hold suggestion, as she carried on about having other people to "help".  I told her I did not want to keep her from doing her job, so she should go ahead and make all the calls she needed too and hung up.

I tried to google the company but didnt come up with much, which leads me to believe their DBA must be under another name.  One way or another this crazy woman needs a serious reality check and medicating.....I am now kinda curious to see how she responds from here

I would really like some company profile information for my attorney if anyone has it?

I just received the same call. How ever I am currently stationed in Korea with my husband. I spoke with a Ryan jones? All of their names ate fake by the way. He tells me that I am going to have a warrant for my arrest ad will not give me the information on as to what city it will be sent too. I ask him so I can sen it to my lawyer in the states. He then threatens to call my husbands commanding officer! I ask to speak to his supervisor. Twenty minutes later I am speaking with a Rebecca Morris and she is even ruder than him. She then proceeds to tell me that she just ran a back ground check on me?? Which by the way is illegal to do with out my signature! I then again! Ask her where this supposed warrant will be sent to so I can have my lawyer handle it. She then tells me it will be sent to Korea that they are global???!!! I tell her how do you know where I am in Korea? She then tells me she can track me with gps by my phone??!!!!! Hello illegal!!!! Then hangs up on me. So then I google the "company" and find these comments. So I then call back Ryan jones and tell him I know they are fake and I am reporting them to the investigative general! He hangs up on me I then call back again (giving them a tartare of their medicine) and tell him that I am on to them and that they will be hearing from my lawyer if not the police. He then hangs up on me again! So I call the number is found on here a mandie Johnson answers and I ask to speak to the supervisor f te company. I get put on hold for twenty minutes. Then a Theresa Johnson answers will not let me get a word in edge wise yells back at me tells me they did do a "tracking" on my number. Which I know is a lie. She then transfers me to another man I couldn't hear his name in the op dept? He is super nice to me and tells me he will send all the info to my last known address so that I can get it to my lawyer. This company is a hack and these people have karma coming for them. I will NOT rest until they ate all in jail. I am reporting them to jag and the investigative general as well as my lawyer they will be paying me by then end of this!

This number came up on work phone....I was lucky it was after hours....no message but caller ID was from an Erwin Bowen

She called my job 4 times demanding that pay $1,749 today. I told her that I don't have that type of money now and nor was I giving her any of my person information. She told me that she was going to have the county clerks come to my home and job to arrest me for fraud. When i asked her for a number for the county clerk office and who should I speak to she told me to google it and then hung up on me!! I called her back and she yelled at me telling me not to call her office anymore because I'm being a difficult person and she was filing papers to take me to court. I asked her for information to give to my lawyer she hung up on me again! I called back and told her that she was rude and very unprofessional she said that she was done conversating with me I told her that "conversating" was not a word she got angrier and hung up on me!! I kept calling her back, she wouldn't answer from my job and cell number so I kept calling blocked.lol Now she knows how it feels to be harrassed at work!

I just spoke with Mandy Johnson on the  phone, she said it was a serious matter and that they were turning it over to the county & it was a crimnal offense.  I asked her who she was representing & she could not tell me. She said that I had been sent numerous letters to my home address which I have not.  She said that I would be served papers at work.
When I tried to ask more questions she told me I was getting hysterical & to calm down. I asked agian for her company information.  She said it was reagrding a pay day loan, the company is being investigated for fraud by the fedearl govenment, when I said that she hung up on me.

My employer's HR dept just recvd a msg from a Manady Johnson at 678-710-8061 requesting information about me!!! I'm PISSED and if I get another call from my employer's HR dept regarding this woman, I WILL TURN THEM IN FOR HARASSMENT AND SUE THEM FOR DAMAGES!!

This lady is crazy!!!! Just hang up and block her number!!!

Mizz Johnston called me too.  I called right back and said " do not contact me at work again" she went off on me, said about 9 times this was a very serious matter and the county was going to come visit me at my place of employment.  I asked her several times what it is about.  I was very quiet and she kept saying Hello?  I said Im still waiting to hear what it is about.  she identified herself and i began to laugh out loud.  she asked me why i was laughing and i told her bc im still waiting to hear what this is about.  She said " and you wont know unless you call back here with a better attitude"  It was like she didnt want to say where she was grom, because she knew as soon as she said it I was going to hang up.. She hung up! How rude...lol..

Same thing happened to me. She called me and when i was asking her questions she told me that she isnt a lawyer and she was giving me a call to be curtious. She said i can explain myself to the judge and that i was supposed to get something in the mail. I told her that this loan was in my banckrupsy and that there was nothing they could do. She was rude and told me it was a felony. Oh ya and she told me they pulled my background and that is illegal also.

my husand received a call from a lady Ms.Johnson, and she said that my husband going to be arrest but she did not sad why.

I got the same call from these people!! Twice now!! They told me the same thing, that I had taken out some loan, and that me not paying it back would be a felony, and I would go to prison. Do these people think we are so stupid that we dont know that debtors was out 100 years ago, and the fact that we think we would remember taking out a loan. And who would be dumb enough to give out their personal information to idiots like this. I told them to go ahead and have the cops come get me if I was trouble, that I would be sitting on the front porch waiting. So this time, I think I will be the one reporting them to the local authorities for trying to scam people!!!!!

This same stupid women called me to then when I let in on her a** she hung up.  I think I to will also call them in the middle of the night since they want to play with people....

Spoke to "Mrs. Johnson" from EVSS associates. Claiming I owe them money from a "Payday Loan" Very rude and nasty person. Claimed she was sending my information to the local police department and sheriffs department and I will be arrested if I didn't pay $1,500 in full. She was unable to provide information about the loan, unable to provide any kind of information that this was a legit claim, she told me she emailed me all the information and sent also sent all documents certified U.S mail to my home address. When I replied that I did not receive them she said that it was the post offices fault. She was very much full of sh**. So now I have been calling them also, since they want to play games, I work 12 shifts at night so I began calling the number every couple of hours during the night and also in the morning and before bed. I've also found an IPhone app that spoofs your number, which I think I will try tonight
