It seems to be a bill collector. I have received calls from them over a wrongful bill from Emory Hospital. In my case, Emory is trying to get me to pay for them refusing treatment when I went to their emergency as a cancer patient in severe pain and they refused treatments. They sent my  insurance company a fraudulent bill and then they turned me over to this collection agency for not paying the remaining balance!
