They are not AT&T but "representing" AT&T. Our company has already switched to U-Verse but we continue to get calls from random numbers all over the U.S. I just tell them I know they are NOT AT&T, we already have U-Verse, and to remove our name and number from their list. We don't hear from them for about a week, but start getting calls from a different number with the same message. FYI - after contacting and speaking to AT&T customer service I have found out that AT&T does NOT hire these companies on their behalf. Don't get sucked in. However, it is true that AT&T is switching from DSL to U-Verse so contact AT&T directly. Do not go through these "representatives", they are not AT&T.

Yes. I called them, and they said they would add my number to their do not call list

I actually just got another call from this number and then call the 1-888-973-3669 and spoke with a person.  She said this call is actually being routed through them from AT&T to talk to customers about switching from DSL to Uverse because they are discontinuing DSL.  I mentioned the fact that on the first ring there is still no one there and she understood and said it a computer doing the dialing and they have a bunch of us who have called to be removed from their calling list and they are working on it.  So now we know who they are and why they are calling.  Hopefully it will stop soon.

Just called the number to have our name removed from them calling.  Thanks for posting this number and it is RD, however I had to leave a message and hopefully they understand I want no more calls from them.   They call several times a day and I can't understand why there is never anyone on the line even answering on the first ring.

I am sick of these clowns, they call all day and hang up. When I try to call them back, it disconnects. when I googled it, it shows up to a RDG direct, but there website list a different #

Same here - get phone call often and says "Out of Area" just hangs up. I work in a dental office - very annoying.

Same thing happening to me.  They call my business several times a week.  Caller ID shows Unknown Caller.  When I answer the line goes dead.  If I call back I either get a busy signal or I get disconnected.  I have a business to run.  I don't have time for this.

We've received at least three calls this week from this number. They hang up when we answer the phone. Boneheads!

Has anyone figured out how to make these calls stop or to block this number? I am so sick of answering my business phone only to be hung up on... this is sooooo annoying.

This is exactly what happens to us. They call our company at least once a day, silence, and then it just hangs up. I've tried to call back but it's a dead line. Obnoxious! It shows up as "RD Direct", as well.

Comes up on my caller ID as "Georgia Call". When I answer, the line disconnects or the person on the other line hangs up. This is very annoying as they call almost every day! Please make it stop!!!

I recieve cals from this number everyday on my AT&T cell phone.  When I answer, the line goes dead.  When I call the number back, nothing happens.

I receive calls from this number at my office EVERY DAY.  No one is ever on the line and when I try to call the number back my call won't go through.

Multiple calls from this office on a daily basis to numerous people throughout our company.  The line disconnects as soon as we answer.

I keep getting a call from this number at least 3 - 4 times a week. I answer they hang up. I just called the number (678-765-3200) and found out the Company name is RD Direct, the company provides Telecom Business Solutions. You get to listen to some woman over articulate her words. You can Press 1 for sales, 2 to get the company directory, or 3 to speak to someone at extension 1012 who can?t take your call and has a mail box too full to take just one more complaint message. So lets all use option 2 and pick the 3rd person on the list and annoy the hell out of them like they do us until they stop bothering people.
