Your an idiot
lmao 2011-11-01 18:45:07 Unknown
don't work for the company , got a call from the number just like you, but i definitely did my own research before doing anything irrational as you can be prosecuted for check fraud based on your state laws, but probably not for what ever this company is talking about , at best its not a scm just a debt collection agency at best they'll put something on your credit report
Tom 2011-10-21 04:27:47 Unknown
Do you have some info on this number?
OAML 2011-10-14 19:22:52 Unknown
Hey, how long have you been working this scam?
LMAO 2011-10-12 22:11:13 Debt Collector
So I read through this forum , u guys obviously have nothing to do all day but i do believe the best thing to do would be to check the validity of the company with secretary of state or attorney general and certainly check with your creditor about who you should pay........... as far as that guy having a mugshot for child support charges... I just picked myself up from the floor from laughing so hard....
freckles 2011-10-12 18:50:32 Unknown
Just another side note:
entered in the name, katherine walker, (who supposedly used my husband as a reference) and up popped an atlanta obituary with the same name.
very curious, don't you think, marsha?

Any idiot can pick a name and number out of the phone book, which is why i doubt this company is real. They can't provide my address, according to the Fair Debt Practices Act, they have to supply my husband in writing, that he is liable in some way. They have not done this. They have threatened to have us "served", yet SHOCKING, nothing has come our way. they have threatened to have me served because i doubt their authenticity, yet shocking, they don't know my name.
So, i will let YOU know any outcomes.
Say hi to Krystal Love and Lauren Smith for me

oh because someone has a different opinion...then Im a scammer....all I ever said was be informed and investigate the issue with your state or creditor. I was using 800 notes for reasons of my own.I dont have to worry about people calling me about payday loans. People who have to resort to payday loans dont have good credit and cant take out a traditional loan..so no I dont have that problem......all I was offering was a alternative to automatically screaming something is a scam just because someone else says so in a online forum..
Everyone should be educated on ways to investigate issues in their state. Talk to your original creditor, the secretary of states office or the attorney general to verify if a company is legit.....and if all else fails...pay your bills!!! You wont have to worry about it!!!
shill alert 2011-10-05 18:13:05 Unknown
And how long have you been running this scam? You're obviously not on here to figure out who called you, unlike your victims!
marsha 2011-10-05 18:11:17 Unknown
FWI freckles...if they were calling your husband because he was a reference....how were they trying to get money from you? Were they calling looking for the person your husband was a reference for or were they calling you for money? If your husband was used as a reference they can contact your husband for information on the wereabouts of the person being investigated....
marsha 2011-10-05 18:06:36 Unknown
yup..kindly let us know how that goes.....
freckles 2011-09-28 19:14:20 Unknown
BTW, thanks for the tip about the Attorney General. they now have my complaint as well as all of the information i know. no legit company would try to pass off this website as proof of their existence.
Check it out for fun: www.kaufmanhymes.com/#!

I do my research. I have no payday loans and I do not supply references for anyone. I take care of my credit. Perhaps you are the scammer. I have contacted the phone companies that service these numbers and they are not registered to legitimate businesses. I have also contacted the FTC and was informed that their actions are illegal because I was not the one who took out the "loan". I am determined to bring down these scumbags. Just because they don't feel like working doesn't mean they are getting my money.
marsha 2011-09-27 19:24:54 Unknown
you should contact your originial creditor and verify if they have sent your account to that firm and what the status is before you post these messages.
If you do not have valid information to confirm that this is a scam, you should not post this for others to read and potentially put their livelyhood in jeopardy...
Google is not a reliable source. If this was a scam the Attorney General would have shut the company down....be informed and pay your debts.
Obviously, you are the scammer if you are using google to look for a way out of paying your debts.
Also, be well informed of your state laws...

Oh my gosh they called me the other day saying I was being sued for check fraud, which I know is not possible! So Im glad they are just a random collector.
Freckles 2011-09-14 20:38:33 Debt Collector
Claimed to be from Kaufman, Hines & Associates, and that my husband was a reference for a woman who was being investigated for check fraud. Beware of these phone calls, they are attempting to scam you.
