They called and rang my phone, I didn't answer,  but they can't ring my phone anymore.

Thank you 800notes.  When I get a call that I don't recognize, I immediately go to 800notes to research the number.  If I learn it's somebody I don't want to receive another call again, I then BLACKLIST them on my new "ProCALL Blocker" version 2, which I bought at Amazon for $59.99 with Free Shipping. This device BLOCKS 1500 numbers.   So much better than my Panasonic telephone which only blocked 30 numbers.

I can "Blacklist" 1000 numbers, which should be adequate.  There are way too many unwanted scam calls.

To install, simply Plug ProCALL Blocker between phone line and telephone.  To use: Confirm the number on 800notes as an unwanted caller.  Push the "SET" button (you will see the numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 appear on LCD screen, Pick up receiver on phone, then dial 4, then dial *, then dial unwanted number, then push the forward or backward arrow buttons, LCD screen confirms & says "SAVED".

CID shows phone# 678-804-0555 - Google search always redirects my search to this page: 678-804-7593, strange. Other search engines return NO hits for 678-804-0555 . Google does not usually re-direct this type of search.  Caller leaves no message. CID: shows as Buford GA

Most Driod phones have a reject (or send to voicemail or ignore call) feature. What it is called on your phone depends on the phone brand. For this to work, you would have to save the number as a new contact. I listed the name on mine as (Unknown) so it would appear at the top of my contacts list (makes it easier to add more numbers in the future). While you are in Edit Contact mode, there will be a setting to turn the reject on for that contact. If you don't see it directly on the screen, hit the menu button and it should be listed there. Once you have this contact saved, you can always add more numbers from other annoying telemarketers under the same contact name. Hope this helps and that your phone has the feature...it's a real sanity saver!

I wish to report this company for continually calling me about insurance.  I have asked them to stop and they just hang up on me.

I just got a call from that number as well. they did nnot leave a messege ad i called back. An automated voice said the phone number was not activated. Im readig all the post and it sounds like a numer clone. They can be used for over seas calls or prisoners can use that number to call out of jail.  for those who did aswer the call and got hung up on to contact their cell provider!

A male voice (said name was Kelly Grant) called my house telephone on 6/29/2012 at 12:21 PM.

no message left from the person. however. i've gotten 8 calls in 24hrs from this company. it's gotten very irritating as i can't call them back as i get a message saying "this number has not been activated" and yet i'm getting more calls from them. i would, very much, like this to desist at once. i have no time getting calls from people i don't know

Automated phone call about health insurance. Claim I requested a quote. Last quote for health insurance I requested was over 2 years ago. They ask at the end if I would like them to call back (again, automated) and I said NO! We will see if that holds true...

This number has been calling me two-three times a day.  The id is Buford, GA.  When I call the number back to tell them to stop calling me I get a message that it's not activated yet.  I'm on every "do not call" list that exists, yet this number keeps pestering me.  How do I get it to stop?

I like webpages like this. I just google the numbers to see who they are and not even bother listening to the msg. I route most of my calls to my magic jack phone number anyway so I don't even bother answering most of them. Well worth the 19.95 a year for phone service

I keep getting calls from 678-804-7593.  No one leaves a message, and when I try to call it back, a recording states that it this number has not yet been activated.  I know it is a telemarketing source.  It is annoying.  I want the calls to stop.
