This number calls me at least once a week, usually more.  Leaves a message saying it is Cool Smiles, and that we missed an appointment.  We have never been there and do not intend to go there.

...repeated automated calls over past several weeks, recorded voice says its "imperative" that I call them back regarding my Kool Smiles appointment, then pitch comment about how great they are as a dentist.  ...and this is after my voice mail identifies me.  today it was a live person and they asked for Jason somebody-or-other, and I complained to them, and told them to remove me.

I received a call from this number today.  I did not answer it, as it was an out-of-area area code.  I googled the phone# and realized it was a call I should not be receiving, as my phone is on the Do Not Call Registry.

who is this cool smiles?  and how did they get my cell #.  total invasion of privacy.

Yes, they call and call and call! I went there once, didnt like the service and changed dentist. I think they are very pressed for business. However if you have an Android phone you can add them to your community block list.. Calls will go straight to vm.

Reporting repeated calls from Kool Smiles despite not being a patient and calling them to tell them to take me off their list.

Someone with this phone number called me several times, unfortunately I'm deaf. I tried to call this number back using relay but it says line is busy and hung up. I get 2 voicemail from this number every day and I'm getting sick of this.

It came in on my Cell and when I answered, message said I had a 9:00 appointment on such and such date, press 1 to confirm and 2 to speak with someone. Pressed 2 and someone came on line, and I told them I had no such appointment, she asked if I would like to be removed from the call list and I said YES.

Have received 2 calls reminding me of my dental appointments at Cool Smiles for June 28 at 2PM. This is interesting they are not my dentist and I have never been to Atlanta. Oh well, I let Google Voice pick it up and let them leave a voice mail.

I changed my cell phone number a few days ago due to calls such as this.  I am now signed up on the "no-call list.  I am fed up.  What can I do?

This number calls my cell and my husbands cell about 4 times each day saying that we have missed a dentist check up. Even though we are on the do not call list they still call. My husband has called and told them to not call they still do! We are getting very sick of it!

They keep calling my special needs little sister and they need to stop, at least she knows not to answer it. They need to stop or I'm going to report them to the Attorney Generals office here in OR.

This is a Dental Practice Service that dental offices subscribe to in the US. Unfortunately, many Dental Practice Managers fail to or choose not to customize the messages to their own Practice Name and let the generic messages notify the patient of a pending appointment or "suggested" follow-up appointment. I believe the dental Practice can also have it's main office number used in place of the calling center's number. You Local dental office number should be in the message that is left on your phone.

The service repeats according to the settings used when it is set up with your Dental Offices Practice Management Software.

While you don't have a relationship with Dental Senders/Cool Smiles/Etc. per se, they are acting on behalf of the Dental Office you do have a relationship with. This allows them to using the contact information you left with your dental office. The generic messages are totally annoying and in-fact very wrong in many cases.

I've received a "I Have An Appointment" message when I should have received a "We Are Calling to Remind You That We Recommend a Check-up" message. The "I Have An Appointment" message includes the cancellation policy information which is annoying.

Call your dental office and ask for the Office Manager and tell them that you do not be notified by phone using this service.

The recording claims I am a previous customer who has missed a check-up...the only people I have ever gone to for dental care have been VA and military dentists...and they call on a cell number I've had for over 5 years, which IS on the donotcall list, meaning they are following 100% illegal practices in every way. Do not answer, do not let yourself get dragged in.

i get a call from this some number some two times a day and nobody says nothing.

just got this phone and this place has called me 4 times in 16 hours.  678.830.0323.   called number to try to get off the calling list, woman 'transfered' me to the correct dept that 'handles the outbound calls' and was disconnected.  this is very frustrating.  filing a formal complaint with my local AG's office.

This is Kool smile Dentist... My daughter went to this s****y dentist they  over charged, Ins payed the bill and she and I get calls  on our cells 3 x a day wanting 2 set up another appointment ask 2 be taken off the calling list and they transfer and still never happends...

Oh my gosh!!! Cool Smiles calls me all the time!!!! It is VERY anoying!!! they even called me on Christmas! I dont even go to Cool Smiles and i dont live anywhere near Georgia!!!! What is wrong with them?!!!! Whenever i answer its just a recording so i cant make them stop!!!

If you call them back or answer you can have them take you off their call list. They are very friendly about it.

This is a children's dentist called Cool Smiles. My children go there and they call all the time to get the patient back in to be seen. Quite annoying!
