Harassment harassment harassment.

Gateway Mediation Group called and left a message on my MOM's home phone regarding my exhusband (divorced since 1990!!!) and had my cell phone number as well.  I told them I believe him to be deceased, but what was the call regarding?  I assumed it was some type of debt recovery- but they would not give me any info on their company- just asked me questions.  How and why are they calling my MOM's home in a different state and everything???????????

I used to work for Gateway Mediation Group and the company is a scam. They charge customers what they want to charge. They said it is settlement, which is not true. I left because of their dishonest tactics. The people they hire don't take any type of background check and they do not check their references then they expect the customers to give them their credit card number. They are full of it. They use fake numbers but are located in Georgia. They have 50 numbers for all 50 states in the US. The owner just care about noone but themselves (money). These so-called collection agencies need to be shut down.

These people called my work and said I owed a bill and were going to take me to court so, I paid it with my bank card and I never got any verification. Now I am going to court because the bill was never paid but, the funds were taken out of my account.

Called my job from 202-481-3310.  Said they were D.O.C. - Dept. of Commonwealth.  Said I have outstanding payday loan and a summons is being issued.  Asked them what date and time do my attorney and I meet them in court.  Started giving me the run around then, said I could settle for less than I owe without going to court.  If I go to court, they would attach a $2500 attorney retainer fee.  Again, what date and time do my attorney and I meet you in court. Said they were recording call.  Ok.  What date and time do we meet you in court?  Click.

This company has been calling me constantlly using 313-347-8632. The mans name is supposedly Richard Collins. They do not stop. They have even been calling my ex-wife and we have been divorced for over six years and havent had contact with each other. She is even remarried with a different last name and they got her number. Scumbags

They told me the name of their company is Gateway Mediation Group but it came up on my caller id as Bitguard, Inc.

got a call from this asian person stating criminal complaint filed. have no idea who this is

Received a call at work, asked that they not contact me at work, they then proceeded to contact my boss stating that I was going to be served at worked. I called during my break and was told this was for a payday loan I had taken out. I have no taken any payday loans nor do I even know the company they are referring to. When I asked for an address or fax number I was told NO. This is unacceptable and I will not lose my job but am concerned if they harass my co workers. Please help stop this mess!

got a phone call from these ppl says that they are going to take me to court, I asked for documents, even an address and they just kept giving me the runner around. they also started calling my job. I have no idea what to do.

Got a call from these people.....the recording when I was on hold said AIS....found out that they are based in Georgia......

They were looking for someone by the last name of Martin......I explained that they was no body by the last name of Martin that lived here......The women was very RUDE!!!  Then she stated an argument with me insisting that it was a relative of my husband.  Needless, to say that made me VERY MAD!!!

Told her to let me speak to the supervisor and was advised there was NO supervisor in.

She hung the phone up on me!

Well, the blood pressure was really BOILING now!!!  So I called back and spoke with another person who also advised me that there was no supervisor available.  I advised her that she better have my name and phone number removed and NOT to call back again.

Now, lets see if I receive anymore calls.

Forgot to mention that they indicated that there was a civil suit against Martin in which they needed to speak with this person......

Again, I stated no one here by that name lives here.....

It is NCO financial. They r a debt collection agency who is in serious trouble. Lawsuits have been going like crazy over this company and they have lost a lot of money. Eventually the federal government will get involved and shut them down if not already in the process. Somehow they r getting people information from their credit reports and I know the federal government is monitoring this.

These people have been calling me on my cell and at home. do not know how they obtained my information. They keep telling me to reference a case # and that they are the "Fraud" Dept. have to them that i havent commited any fraud and to stop calling.

I received a call from 954-200-6925, Bitguard, Inc. asking for my husband.  Handed him the phone - (lol I thought it was a company regarding his dental work).  They said he owed them money from 2006.  Asked if he still lived at our address, we would not confirm anything until they identified themselves.  He could barely understand the person, said he owes nothing and to identify who they were.  Then after questioning who they were told he told them not to call back.  We will see if they call again.  I hate these type of con people who threaten and disrupt your day.

Received a phone call from this company today.  On caller ID it said BITGUARD INC but when you call the number back it says AIS....Anyhow, Called them back because they did not leave a message and wanted to know why they were calling my mother's phone.  They asked for someone that does not live here and she then proceeded to tell me (in very broken English) thank  you and sorry for the inconvience.  Thank God I did not have the problems some of you had but I am sure this is only the beginning.

I get calls from this number all the time on my cell phone.  Not sure how they got a cell phone number.  They threaten  me with law suits, etc.  I am changing my number, hopefully, that may help!  I will charge them if it does not stop.

They have called me several times, I called them back and specifically asked if they were either a Debt Collector or Government Agency, they said they were neither.  I told them to stop calling my number, and that if they chose to do so again, they were giving me permission to record the call.  I use RECORDALL.COM, I recommend it highly but check your state laws before ya do.  (It has made dealing with my ex-wife much easier when it comes to our kids!)

I keep getting calls from this company called ACS, he calls himself Simon Brown.  He keeps calling my place of employment and was told to stop calling.   He refuses to give an address of where he is calling from.

I missed the first call. It went to answering machine...no message. I called the # back and before I gave them any info,which they asked for immediately, I asked them to identify themselves. They refused. My husband then got on, asked who they were and again refused. They actually asked me how I got THEIR #. I threatened to call police unless they told me who they were and they immediately hung up. Their phone recording states they are called A.I.S.,"an investigation company", but on caller ID it comes up as BitGuard,Inc. I cannot find any link about this company, under either name, on the internet. Even if it's a debt collection agency they have to identify themselves. I have reported them to the FTC (federal trade commission) and suggest others do as well. Doing business is one thing, but rude sneaky practices is another. I refuse to deal with it and, being a victim of identity theft, NO ONE gets my personal info through a phone call when I don't know who the hell I'm talking to! This companies practices should be stopped immediately. Just posting complaints does nothing.

I keep getting calls from this number at work and they are very rude and tell me they will arrest me.  I tell them to not call at work and they continue.

I got a call last week from some Asian woman asking for my son who doesn't live with me but lives in a different state.  I coudn't understand this woman with her accent and made a comment to her about not understanding her.  She hung up.  Then she called again today and claims that there is a civil suit against him and that he needs to call the above number within 24 hours.  They wanted me to give them his number which I would not.  They made me repeat the number and said the companys name is AIS (Acid Investigation Solution).  I called my son, who is a detective for a State Police dept. and he has this number and name under investigation.  I'm curious to hear more.  He believes it is a scam.

These arrogant people have called me repeatedly looking for someone that is not at this address and never has been. I have informed them previously that this person is not here and I was assured that they would remove the number and not call again. Well, that sure worked out well. When I informed them that they were harrassing me and I would send the police after them, the caller said "And how would you find me?" and laughed. Then she hungup.

If you can't speak INDLISH (very broken english with a thick Indian accent), you will not be able to communicate with them. Unbelievable!!!!

They keep calling here for my sister in law regarding a civil matter. i've told them many times to stop calling. they will stop for a week, then start up again. i decided to get even ~ i called them back today ~ told them to remove my number. once i gave them the number, they immediately went into their spiel, help us find her ~ I asked for their address ~ they wont give it ~ i told them that even if i had the info i wouldnt' even give them the time of day and to remove me. they hung up on me. i called back. got a different person ~ again asked for their address ~ did the same thing, cept this time i told them i was recording ~ she says you don't have my permission to record and hangs up on me. i call back, get a different person, told them remove my number, i give them the number ~ they tell me i have to give them the info they need, i said give me your supervisor. i get on hold - guy comes on says "hello". i say who are you? are you the supervisor? he says Yes, i say REMOVE MY number from your database. he said he will remove it when he gets the information he is requesting, i tell him i have no idea where she is ~ he says you do too, you just told us that ~ i said i did not, he said he was listening in and he heard me say this, i said no i did not, he says "yes", i say Prove it. he says the recordings never lie. (hmmm). i say i said IF i had it, he said the recordings dont lie, i said REMOVE me, he said we will remove you when you give us the info you have.i said ~ so, you are threatening me? you say u will continue to call unless i give you information? he said (butting into my sentence) i am not threatening you.. i told him he is violating all collection agency laws ~ he said he is not a collection agency.  I told him i have no info and would not give it to them if i did. . Let's just say that went on for a bit. he did say that he will remove my number when i provide the correct info (which i do not have) and then he told me that if i called him again he would report me as harassment.  I said, dude, I'm way ahead of you on that one and hung up.  funny, huh ~ I'm harassing them??  anyway, this may stop the calls. (tween you all and me ~ i really have no info on his sister)

Called my phone, but left no msg. Wondering who this is and what they want.
