Dont know, i dont anbswer the caller id. But thecalls are very frequent. Sometimes i just take it off hook and hang up

Constant phone calls every day or so.  Nobody answers.  Tried to call back and unable to do so.  Thinking about making a complaint with the government.

This phone number is a solicitor for the military Purple Heart association. He claims he was out of Florida with a Georgia area code. They wanted a minimum of $20 donation.
