Phoned in busiest part of afternoon and recording stated "hold for next available person"  I have a pet peeve about this.   If they wish to call me, at least have the deciency to be on the line when I answer.  I hung up, called back, and told them never to call again.  Person stated she was trying to help me and wanted me to verify who she was speaking with by giving name and birth date.  I declined and repeated not to call me again.   She stated she would delete my number from the call list.  I have no idea what she wanted to help me with, all that is suppose to be personnel, so, who the heck are these people.  I told her I wasn't aware I needed help.
