After seeing the above message ane realizing it was a time clock program, I called the company furnishing a nursing aide to us.  They understood the problem and will fix it.

Received this call and asked for PIN We found out it's a time clock program for home health aides. We do have a home health aide but don't know why it was calling our cell phone. Hopefully it has been taken care of with a call back!

Only the phone number showed up on my cell phone.  I did not answer it.
They called twice, back to back.
