Hyundai and Kia are owned by the same parent company.  So the same people who call about loans on Kias also call for loans on Hyundai's.

I've received calls from this number with the caller ID showing HMFC. No messages have been left.  Today I answered, and the fellow at the other end was SO foreign I couldn't understand him. He finally hung up on me. I don't know why they're calling. Neither me nor any of my friends own a Hyundai. And after these types of calls, I would never consider one in the future.

I called the number back and, after be rerouted through their maze of a system and talking to several reps, was connected to a person in their collections department. My telephone number does not show up in their data base. Why are they calling?????? Has their number been hijacked??? Do NOT give them any personal information over the phone.

The boys and girls from Hyundai Collections are using a new, old number to harass us.  Their usual phone numbers are 800-523-7020 and 714-369-1890.  I guess their trying to be clever since most folks know those numbers by now.  Its insane how they call you five times a day when you reach the five-day, past the due date mark.

Got call from  Hyundai motor finance co. The person who had the cell number before me, I would not own a crappy Hyundai car. I told them twice that I now own the number but they are to stupid to understand.

I don't have an account with HMFC or its subsidiaries. They are calling looking for another party who does't reside here.

They keep calling me stating "check fraud" from 2005 with a dealership I have never bought a car from. I have told them I have no clue what they are talking about however, they won't send me anything via mail or email. Sounds fishy to me. They also call me from this number also: 757-772-8544. They call 10 - 15 times a day.

I am 3 weeks behind with a payment!!!!!! they call CONSTANTLY 4-8 times a day on both phones....everytime I pick up and hang up they call right back it drives me crazy...they are getting a normal payment EVERY month I am literally 1 payment behind

I have received a call from this number requesting verification of credit information for Hyundai motor vehicles. be aware, this is a nusaunce call.

They call me then when I call them back they try to say, I don,t see we called your number, I say it is on the called ID. They say we will take it off and they don,t. I don,t evan have a account with them, Their has to be something we can do.

These people at Hyundai are relentless!!  They call 100 times a day and even at your work.
They know people are having hard times, but they don't care. Even if you are paying and get a little
behind, they harrass you with calls!

It is KIA/Hyundai Finance.  I changed jobs and got behind.  My fault and my responsibility.  My problem is the number of times called.  I told them that I will be making my payment and the next months payment on Friday, but they still call numerous times per day.  To top it off, while on the phone with them a few minutes ago, call waiting had another call from them at the same time I was talking to a different rep.  That is the problem with them!!!

Hyundai Motor Finance is calling my CELL phone to try and collect on a payment that is not even owed according to THEM! After I have sent them a cease and desist letter by certified male with return receipt. It was signed for and posted because the calls stopped the same day as the letter was received. Until today, when I received a call from Nakisha with Hyundai Motor Finance trying to collect again! And I had also already told a supervisor before to never call my cell phone. He said he would note that on my account and they wouldn't call it anymore. And haven't until today 8/10/2011. They are literally breaking a Federal Law!

Obviously not a good or professional business.

Hyundai. Completely rude and seemingly unwilling to work with banks to understand payment processing times. Frequently loose payment items/proof of payment and have to fax ( lol fax) #REF numbers to them over and over again. Each rep also is unable to find previous rep's notes so you have to start the process all over again. I'm never getting another car from them again. They will call 324923894239842389423 times even when your on time with payments and have dealt with their finance department figuring out what the hell went wrong. Insanely long hold times and will almost always put you back on hold after they do decide to pick up. Will call ANY time of the day/night.

It is Kia Motor Finance. I co-signed a car loan for my mother and times are hard now. In the past she had been 30 days late or so but is caught up now, however is currently 3 days after the due date (still in a grace period) and they've never called me before. It turns out the Kia finance I signed with was bought out by this new company who is apparently psycho. They called my phone 3 times in 10 min! I didnt even have time to google the number to see who it was before I answered it or I would have and told them to stop calling. Geez! People get paid on Fridays usually- so at least wait till the Monday after the due date to see if the payment was sent before harassing people!

Can't really complain if you truly owe the debt.  I've been able to rationally deal with them before, but I can't talk to them now as our situation has gotten out of hand.

i am NOT a customer of you all. and you keep calling me and waking me up. i dont sleep good as it is. i really starting to get sick of being woke up by you damn recording. i dont get to talk to anyone when you do call and wake me up. so i can talk to someone and i think iv talked to someone before somehow about removing me number. and you didnt. so if you call me again. i will take this to court and make sure you all dont have enough money to pay your phone bill to ever bug the s**t out of me or other people your doing this to as well. thank you for you, you know what f*** your time. im tiered and dont give a s**t about you f***ing time. because you dont care about my time.
