This has been happening to me for a year and a 1/2. I just got a call from Peter Dent, saying that I had 3 ACH charges with LA Capital Community Bank.  He had a lot of my personal information including my whole social. He got an attitude and told me that a warrant would be issued for m arrest in the morning and that I had been warned before he childishly hung up on me. He wouldn't give me the city or state that he was calling from, and when pressured for specifics he stated that "I dont have to give you this information"

This has been ongoing for far too long and I NEED them to stop, has anyone else had this issue for an extended amt of time, and what did you do to make the calls stop? They are harrassing my family and place of employment.....does anyone have any advice on what or who I can talk to to get these calls to stop, other than changing my phone #

A man by the name of "lead investigator" Peter Dunn called and left me a voice mail with no phone # to call him back.  I researched the voice mail and got the info.  I called this man back.  He said he was with an attorney's office and assigned to my case.  He told me that I had 3 ACH charges with First Convenience Bank.  He had a lot of m personal information including m whole social.  I told him that I had a problem with m information being stolen and that these were not mine.  He got an attitude and told me that a warrant would be issued for m arrest in the morning and that I had been warned before he childishly hung up on me.

I received phone calls from this number as well. This guy told me that if I didnt pay 3x the amount of the original loan today, that paperwork would be faxed over to the local DA and a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Weird Guy.

My wife is getting phone calls every 15 mins.  Same thing E-Z loan i paid this already for my wife, but when phone calls keep pooping up on it, it doesn't seem right.  Their telling my wife pay now or we have a warrant. My wife is pregnant with our 3rd kid she does not need this stress.  So we contacted a Lawyer.  She said you cant be arrested or have a warrant served over this.  So tell them to file the warrant.  If they say you have to go to court, ask what court house and what time you have to be there.  Also these people have to identify themselves if they don't that's a good sign there not legit. Also if they say there with a lawyer firm ask them what state their from, who their governor is, and whats their state Bar id #.

PS when i asked for a name of who i was talking to they hung up...

I got a call too and they said there was a warrent for my arrest...these people had my ssn and were asking where i was and what time Id be home. VERY creepy. I called my brother who is a cop.and did a search to see if I had a warrent and sure as s*** nothing popped up. it's a scam.

I just got one from Process Solutions with in the last 15 min.  They said the same thing to me.

The same number just called me within the last 15 min.  And said the same thing.  What are they talking about?   Did anyone find anything out about them?

I just received a call from this number stating that my husband had warrants out and that we had to call by noon today.  I contacted BBB and they told me not to communicate or give out information.  They also gave me a number to the BBB in Atlanta GA and I am checking into this now.

It's a scam ! Ignore the calls.

Ms Keller called me said she needs to talk to me or my attourney. Left a case #. Says there are criminal charges pending against me in my state. They weretrying to intimade me. I don't think so.this is a scam the message at times was fuzzy

I got one too and when you cal them back they say you owe a lump sum of money. I asked to who and they said process solutions and if I didn't pay they were going to issue papers for my arrest.

i just got a call from them and they said my husband had to call back with his attorney info what is this all about is it a collection agency???/

Just had voicemail from these people, states she was "Sgt. Carter" and was calling about a legal action in my county against me, with some phony case #. Heard a lot of voices in the background. She told me to have my attorney call them or it would be seen as a refusal to cooperate. Ended by saying "Have a blessed day" !
The whole thing sounded scripted.
