this number called me earlier this year, i told them they were fraud and they were goi g to reported and the calls stopped.  back then they were saying it was for a household bank visa. Now they started calling again, and its for a discover card i had in the 90's?????wtf!  I told the man I spoke with that I am already aware that this is fraud and to stop calling me, he said the sherrif will be at my house in three days with a summons, they dont even know where i live...lol. this is very amusing to me know since i know its fake, they get very upset on the phone.  I just checked my caller id and realized they called me again this evening.  this is crazy, maybe ill call them and mess with them again tomorrow

I have received numerous calls from 678-916-5965 advising legal action is being taken against me for loans I have not repaid. After giving them the last
4 numbers of my SS No. they claim I am not the proper party they are looking for and they will remove my name from their deliquent list. They haven't removed me so far, as I get at least a call a month from them.

Can You stop these people from calling.  I told them they were fraud,and they keep calling back to back

I received a call from this number asking for my self and the two days later for my brother-in-law.  My mother in-in-law got the call from them the day I did.  They said there was a claim angist each person.  Does anyone know if they stoll the numbers from a database or if they may have got our numbers somewhere.  Anyway I "informed them I was record call" They lady transfered my to a "oficer".  hahaa.... I had my way with him too and he hung up.

I have had multiple calls from this company threating to serve my husbands ex wife . They have been advidly searching for her . I felt odd about the situation and looked it up and this is what I got ..... man this is way not cool.....

Please people be aware.  The is my second time receiving a call like this.  The first one was during the summer from some individuals in Maryland.  They basically said the same thing these people in atlanta are saying.   (678-916-5965)These people called my sister today looking for me and told her that I was being sued. They frighten her very bad and she gave them my work phone number because she was afraid I was about to go to jail. They called me at work and put me on hold so that I could speak to Investigator Brooke.  I google searched the number while waiting to speak to her.  Investigator Brooke came on the phone and claimed that I had committed fraud and some other crimes to a financial institution.   I told her I was reading comments on this site about how they were trying to scam people and I hung up. Please be aware of these people.  My co-worker told me she received a call from them last night and she hung up.  So just don't talk to them.

They called and said that I was being sued in Civil Court on a deliquint charge. They said that Chase Manhatten had bought Citi bank and that I had an deliquint account. I called citibank and they told me that I have no deliquent account. I then called Chase Manhatten Bank because I have never had an account with them and they also have nothing on me.
Beware.

When I called this number back three different times I got three different "salutations" from the same person. One was "Alan Parson", the second was "National Service and Process" and the third was "claims department". My mother gave me this number after a woman called her asking for my husband. They asked if she had direct contact with him and when she said "no" they hung up.

I received a call from a friend stating someone called her mom's house looking for me about a legal matter.  EXTREMELY strange since i've never lived with them!
needless to say i called back, very stressed as i did have some debt over 10yrs ago...told me it was an account with Chase bank and that to settle out of court i would have to commit to pay 1600. i couldn't recall such debt.  thankfully my husband ran my credit and advised me there was no such debt in my credit report.  did have the idiots at RSI send me a faxed letter (which i could have typed at home on my own computer!) and are keeping it as evidence.  i did called the FBI who advised me to put a fraud alert on my credit at fraudalerts.equifax.com and they report to all three credit bureaus.  I also made a complaint to the BBB and will be calling my local police dept later on as well.
do not give them info! NO ONE can arrest you for an outstanding debt!!!

This caller left a message saying he was Investigator Trevor McKinney.  He stated the call was in reference to a civil litigation against me and referenced a case number.  He requested that either me or my lawyer contact him and then ended the call with "GOOD LUCK".  That was the dead give away....no professionalism at all!!

I forgot to add that the woman leaving the message said her name was Mary Baker. I bet.

These creeps called my ex-husband's phone and left a message about filing a civil suit against me. I haven't been married to my ex since 1989. I no longer even use the last name they called me under, I've legally changed my name.

DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY TO THESE CREEPS. I did not talk to them nor will I. They should be hung for upsetting people and scamming them out of their money. Oh well, our government does it, so I guess they're just following suit - what a bunch of crooks they all are.

These people called my in-laws asking for me by my maiden name, saying they were filing a civil suit against me. I called them to try and clear the matter, and they said I needed to give them my checking account info to pay instead of mailing them a check. I didn't! I called again and asked them for documentation of my debt with Discover from 1997 and they said the only way they would send me documentation is if I paid! I called Discover, and they sold the account to a creditor, that creditor told me the account was wiped out in 2007. These people are violating so many laws. They need to be shut down!!!

I also received a call from Investigator Sedric Fortson indicating he was handling a "civil complaint" against my father and that he owed xxx amount of dollars to a bank they had information about my father his old address and I was not called first my older sister was called and she told Mr. Fortson our father lived with me and she gave him my phone number - I did call back before searching the web and Mr. Fortson was not in but I did speak with Investigator Gainer ext. 108 and she indicated I could do a hardship case so they would take half off what my father owed but they need permission from the people they was filing the civil complaint - Mrs. Gainer told me I would need to get a prepaid visa or master card and put the money on the card - she was very nice and helpful - but what really put the light bulb over my head when she said the only was this could be paid was by a prepaid card (prepaid cards are temporary) not money orders no check or cashiers check these items are traceable - that when I search the website - there should be something that can be done about this to investigate these people - I am so angry that people use their knowledge and wisdom to hurt people -  I will be calling the police department to find out what can be done and calling the media - so these crooks can be STOPPED.

got a call from 678/916-5965 the woman identified herself as"Abigail" of "National Service of Process" claiming to need to contact another person yyyy but wanted to confirm if I was xxx. I refused to confirm either name stated and she was quite forceful and rude.  I could see many people falling in to this scheme, she was intimidating. In researching this # and company name, it looks like they give you a legitimate company and then try to force info out of you by throwing out a name of a familiar person.  Let everyone you know about these calls.

What's even scarier is that they actually had the first 5 digits of my SSN

A woman claiming to be an investigator called asking for "the emergency contact person for" my son. As my son is in a summer camp, it undoubtably got my attention immediately, Unfortunately, it was a hoax. She's trying to contact my brother and the incident has nothing to do with my son health or safety. It's a devious, underhanded ploy. It raised undue stress an has nothjing to do with me or anyone in my family. If anyone has recommendation on how to prevent, insight is greatly appreciated. Leave a post on this service - thank you.

They threaten you with a civil suit but don't like it when you tell them to send the papers in the mail.  They try to get as many phone numbers out of you as they can.  She identified the company as "ISI Claims."  It's B.S.

call my sister looking for me. my sister gave me the message.  i called the number but got an answering service. i was gonna call back on monday to see what was going on but i googled the number and found this site. thank you so much. this is a big help. i do have an old debt and thought about actually resolving the matter after speaking with them.

HA, I just had a dealing with them and queried the telephone number and found this.  THey called my 70 year old parents, got them all upset, the woman spoke so fast she couldnt understand anything aside from civil suit against me.  I couldnt find any legit info under a revers look up for the telephone number, so I called it.  First 3 phone calls they hung up on me when I asked what name of the company they were working for.  On the 4th call, I stated, before you hang up, I have the Georgia State Police number in front of me....The 4th time a guy answered.  He said they were going to file a civil suit against for a debt from 15 years ago.  I told him to refrain from harrassing me or my family and to have a good day

Investigator Alexis called my brother from this number claiming I was being charged in a civil suit.  Now I know...

BTW reference above, no one by the name of Nathan Hillick has EVER lived at my phone number. Oddly, that is the name of one of my now married daughters former boy friend's!!!
My advice, don't give them the time of day!

Received the following on my voice mail:
"This message is for Nathan Hillick in regards to a civil complaint which is being filed against you and being formalized through your county. I need you to contact 678.916.5965 in regards to your county case number which is E as in Elaine P as in Paul T as in Tom 02630. If I do not receive a response in regards to this matter within 48 hours I will assume that this is you and further actions and litigations will proceed on this matter. Thank you again and my name is Kimberly McNeil."
The 'assumption' she is making would NEVER be made by a legitimate firm, especially one involved in the judicial process.

A Kelly Scott left a message on our answering machine for my mother-in-law, who doesn't live with us, so I have no idea how they got our number.

It was very difficult to understand the message, but what I did make out was that she was calling from National Service of Process and that there was a complaint filed against my mother-in-law and failure to respond would result in some sort of legal action. She left a case number starting with the letters DSO.

I called back and when I began questioning her she just hung up.

It's very suspicious.

Caller "Amanda" makes threatening call to effect that a Law Suit is pending against me ....the caller speaks so fast its difficult to understand the callback tele. #.
The callback to the 678# revealed that the company had no record of the file that "Amanda" had reference to.

Be very careful in dealinG with this company.

i paid the dollar amounts seemed to match up with what it would have been over the long period of non-payment...don't know if they are stealing my money or not but i did have a discover card i didn't pay from 10yrs ago or so.  if i did get scammed i guess what goes around comes around i should have paid it the 1st time.

These people are something elese. They had me scared. They contacted my mother and my mother in law trying to get hold of me. The girl that called my parents was Andrea yeager and when I called a man answerd and I believe his name was Fortisn. They called me again saturday and in the middle of his message you could hear a girl laughing in the back ground and hung up. I knew something wasnt right.They really had me scared.
