I have never heard of this company.

Called 6789350400 to have some more fun with these a***oles.  I called them with my phone# blocked.  Automated voice said to call back with phone # unblocked.  I am not going to do it cause they want your # so they can call u back to bug u and get your account info (I think).  Ignore the text message, unless you want to call them and bug them just like they bug you with the text message.

This is a scam sent from sprint.com.  Sprint says anyone can use this service and use their 9099 number.  Don't call the number!

Received the same text about my credit union account being frozen.  I ignore the messages, I don't bank at a credit union.  Only bank at a small bank and know everyone, my bank doesn't send out text messages.  This is a scam.  I hope the people that call the call back number don't get excessive charges to their phone bills.

"customer issue, city credit union service forzen. please call at 678 935 0400" came as a text from 9099.  Also received text: "Resource One alert. Please call 845 725 7654" from 9099 as well. Sprint phone.  Something stinks here.

Same Here!  Got a text message from "City Credit Union" whoever they are and it said account frozen please call 678-935-0400.  Got an automated answering service asking me to enter my 16 digit credit card #.  So I entered my buddy's #..........., not really!

Don't fall for it people.

I talked to Sprint & they suggested I go to my account on Sprint.com.  Select "Online Tools", go to the bottom left corner. It has a link for "blocking text messages". It will take the 9099 number as well as any other one such as this which is spam.

Looks like it's going to sprint customers only from a trusted Sprint '9099' number. This has scam written all over it. Do not enter credit card info. Ignore it!!!

YES!!! I have a SPRINT phone and I have just recieved this same message!!! It didnt matter what # I put in it said the same thing! SCAMMMMM!!!!!!

my boyfriend, got a txt earlier this afternoon around 1:30 P.M. and,
lo and behold i just got one 6:30 P.M. central time.

I also received a text msg from 678-935-0400 saying city credit union service frozen and to call.  Googled the number and found others receiving same msg.

the ONLY business I have received legitimate texts from is CHASE BANK so I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and uses CHASE BANK?

Got a message from 9099 saying something about a frozen credit union account, call 6789350400. Called 6789350400 for fun to check out what they wanted.  I got a message saying to enter my the 16#s on my bank card.  I put in various #s and the recording told me that this call me be recorded for quality,  The recording told me to put in my card number bla bla bla .  I put in the same # but not my card number and the message repeated.  It did not matter what numbers I put in, the message would repeat. I hung up cause this is a scam to get your info so they can steal your account info and take your money:(

I keep getting text messages from 9099 saying that my credit union whatever has been frozen. Tells me to call 678-935-0400. I'm not calling. I don't even know what this is. I don't have credit union anything.
