Got a call on my work cell. Recording said that this was my 24 hour notice that a subpeona had been issued with my name and SSN. DO NOT CALL BACK! They will ask you for personal information to "look up your account". Once they have that info you're sunk.

Same Here. I blocked the number. Government sends letters, they do not leave bogus voice-mails.

I got a call to at 630 last night. Something about having my info and holding my tax return but never mentioned my name. said I had 72 hours to call back. It's a scam I bet.
