Received a call from this number at 8:30 am cst, today.  Caller left a blank voicemail message.  I did not call back.  After reading these posts, I will not call back or answer in the future.

yeah I normally get calls from a 206 area code, with no one there... today was the first time I got this phone number..I wish I knew what the point in  it was.

I get this FCKIN call 4 times a day on my cell phone. Its really getting annoying!! I never answer, because i dont answer numbers i dont recognize..How can we get these people wiped off the map,.this is really getting on my nerves.

I've been receiving these calls on my cell phone for about a week now. I answered once and no one was there. Now I just ignore it. Yesterday I got a call on my cell from an unknown # and I answered it because I have family that are unlisted and come up unknown. I talked to a woman who said I was in a drawing for $1,000,000,000. She knew my name and address and said I would be receiving some free magazine subscriptions from some publisher and a new watch. She then tried to get me to subscribe to other magazines and I told her no. I don't expect to receive anything from these people. I'm not sure if the 678 # and the unknown # are related.

I've been getting this call on my phone 2 or 3x daily. I answered once and the person told me that I won something. I interrupted him mid-sentence, and asked him if it was a telemarketer, and he didn't answer. I yelled at him to stop calling my cell phone and he hung up on me! How dare they use my minutes that I pay for and friggin hang up on me? I'm sick of it!! I put my name on the Do Not Call Registry. I'll see if that works; I doubt it, though.

This number has called me for weeks about 3 times a week and whenever I would answer they would hang up.  If I didn't answer there was no voicemail.  I picked up today and didn't say anything, they waited and didn't hang up the phone until about 30 seconds after I picked up.  I am getting married and am planning a wedding and didn't know if maybe it was something that I had signed up for on the web.  I am very careful about who I give my info to, but I am curious if anyone was doing the same and maybe that's how they got our numbers.  It's just bugging the hell out of me and I wish people had better things to do!

I have been receiving calls about once a week for a month now.  At first they wouldn't say anything when I answered and would hang up shortly after, and the number would be an Unkown.  Now, whenever I answer they keep telling me that I have won some sweepstakes due to my excellent credit record.  That's about as far as I let them get before I tell them I'm not interested and hang up.  I have never entered a sweepstakes relating to my credit score, and don't even have an actual credit card other than my check card.

I keep getting the phone call that I have been entered to win $100k or $1 million as long as I am still with one of the major credit card companies. They also say they will send a diamond tennis bracelet and a bunch of magazines for free, as long as you will help pay for one magazine. When you tell them you don't want to pay for anything they hang up on you. Now I just answer with "I don't want one." Seems to piss them off ;)

I've recieved two calss from 678-969-9599 in the past week. My caller ID shows that it is a Georgia number. Last call received today 12-27-2008 @ 2:25 PM

They called I answered they hung up.

Same number keeps calling me, probably longer than a year now.  I don't know about all of you, but I live in CA, so I don't see a reason why "Winner's Choice Publishers" in GA would be calling me.

Anyway, I just get amusement out of it now.  I try to see if I can get them to talk.  So far one mentioned what sounded like "Unisan".  Others have asked me for my 5 digit pin (what could a 5 digit pin be..not a credit card).  I hope one day light sheds on this mystery.

I got a missed call too from this number. Lucky, I didn't call back. I was getting these calls for quite some time and then I had my phone on a suspended plan. For some time these calls stopped, now they have started back again.

Just got call from 678-969-9599 and caller ID showed "C P W" (spaces in between).  When I answered (against my better judgement), there was nothing there.

I called the customer service # 7704099521. The lady on the phone answer" winners choice publisher". I told her that i wanted to have my number removed form their calling list and who would I need to speak with. She stated that she could take care of that. I gave her my number and she said that I wouldnt receive anymore calls after today. She was very polite and professional. I t remains to be seen if the calls really stop

Yeah some lady told me that they randomly selected my name because I use either Visa or Mastercard. She said her name was Miss Marshall and that I would be recieving $650 worth of gifts, and that her boss would call me back to get some information...

I get this call daily.  When i answer they hang up.  I put it in my phone as do not answer.

I don't answer #s I don't recognize but frequently check 'em out on Yahoo. That's how I got here.  I am suspicious of any caller who (as I read here) asks for any info related to a credit or debit card.  These forkers are obviously up to a bunch of no good.  Best advice:  Call the number provided at the begining of this page and make a complaint.  Can't hurt and might help.  A class action might work or it might just scare 'em back under their rock. All it takes is someone motivated enough to start contacting others of like mind and checking out lawyers.

in the running for sweepsteaks drawing to be held in june. Said they would keep me posted.Asked if i was 21-75 and if i still had the credit card that entered me in a drawing.

This place calls my cell phone randomly just like everyone else listed. The same thing with me, they don't answer or just hang up. It is the most ridiculous and annoying fricken thing and I too hope they stop calling me. They do need to be sued for this, they are wasting everyone's time.

No answer when I pick up but they call back continuously. More than 3 times a day.

I had the same number on my caller id so i use my cell to call georgia and i am on the do not call list. these bs calls need to stop for good.

We get these calls almost every week, sometimes more, sometimes less. And I answer, and no on has ever said anything. I just put both my numbers on the do not call list, we'll see if that helps...

I recieved a call last year ,I'm convinced that they get your # off internet cell apps or surveys i never enter my cell # so they called me at home.

Yeah i get about 2 calls every 3-5 days for like the past 2-3 months. I am sick of it. I agree that we should file a lawsuit. To stop this nonsense.
