Same here.

I keep getting the same calls every day asking for a "Nicky" and if this legal matter isnt resolved they will be forced to take it to court and have my lawyer call them. I have told them I am not Nicky and they hang up instantly! This has been going on for a couple months now.

Tell them you'll see them in court, then ignore the calls.
They are just using scare tactics.

I keep getting messages on my answering machine that I have 24 hours to call back before legal action will be taken - there is no company name - when I call back if goes right to this Jeff Fisher - how do I get them to quit calling me?  I dont owe anyone - and I am sick of this harrassment also

This company is called Critical Resolution Mediation LLC www.criticalresolutionmediation.com they have a tollfree number. Guy called my girlfriend and began demanding her ss number. As I have told her in the past about unknown callers to she hung up on them. I walked in the door from work just as they were calling back. The guy was extremely evasive about the reason for his call and became combative. I hung up on him and he called right back...lol! I hung up again and looked up the information on the company and called their tollfree. Got a rep on the line (same guy) and started ripping him a new a**. Total fishing expedition. Had him give me the last 4 of the ss number and he was way off. Advised the rep to take our number off the list if they wished to avoid legal actions. The rep apologized and consented to removal of our number. Get rough with these guys and give them nothing.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number and a guy named Jeff Fisher. ...stating that if I don't return the call within the next 24 hrs legal action will be taken against me.

Crital mediation llc in Ga.  Is listed number so maybe a real collector but if they are they are violating almost all the consumer protection laws for collectors , so file complaint with attorney general, ftc, and if you keep their threatening voice mails or tell them you are recording the conversation go ahead and get an attorney and sue them.

This number continued to call my house, my work and my cell phone. When I answer it mentions a name and said it I am the person please press 4. I know I do not owe anybody any money. i WISH THEY WILL STOP CALLING ME

Said he was calling about a legal case involving a fraud claim.  Gave me a number and a case number to call back on.  Will not call back think its a scam.
