I keep receiving calls from 678-619-5604. A "Mrs. Morgan" left  messages saying there were check fraud allegations connected to my social security number and she was giving me a chance to state my side of the story. I have no idea what this is regarding and the name she left the message for is a last name I haven't used for 12 years since I changed my name after my divorce.
When I called the number back it went straight to her voicemail that stated HBC Services as the company.  After reading some of the posts here, I also realize that some of the other named collectors (Bolton and Howard) have called my family members over the past couple of years telling them I was being investigated for check fraud and leaving their number for me to call, but I never called them.

I rec'd a letter from the FTC. I sent them a bogus letter that Bolton was stupid enough to send. That HBC what ever. They were ALL INDICTED!! BUSTED!! That's why you don't hear from them anymore. This was a while back. I forgot to post.

The current number is 6783690839 and the black male goes by Miles Howard from hbc services had all my info and trying to work with me to pay off a debt i almost fell for it dont these people realise there are  alot of hardworking people out thete who cannot afford to be scammed like this?

This woman is a scam artist but not a very good one.  I have no idea how she got my number but she has been calling me repeatedly and harrasing me.  She always call me by a name that is not my own and when I tell her she has the wrong number she says "I know who you are because this is what I do for a living!"  She keeps calling me and claiming that I am lying to her about not being this person she is calling for and she always refers to some vague issue she says that I am in "big trouble for" but she never really substiantiates what it is she is calling about.  She just talks 90 miles a minute, repeatedly restating the same ridiculous and incorrect information (the name of the person she claims I am and an address she says she knows that I live at, which is an address I've never heard of before.)  I am not sure what her game is but it's not good.  I am going to fill out a police report today and try to get a subpeona to get the phone company to disclose who pays for the number she is calling from so that I can press charges against her.  I am guessing that she is using a spoof number but I will at least try to find her.  Don't let her rip you off if she calls you because she will surely try.  She uses scare tactics so beware, don't let her rattle you and be firm.

at first i got a letter in the mail from an eric banks, then investigator ualo or however you spell it was on me, calling me at work, my cell phone, and my parents house (which i dont know how they got their number) and started cussing at me and calling me names. then bolton harassed my parents, now miles howard is on me saying that he's going down to the county courthouse to issue me a subpeona to go to court. they are very persistant to me paying my "debt" with a bank card and no other way. im not stupid. don't give them any account info or anything else. they are scamming people left and right. i talked to the bureau of consumer protection, and called into the attorney generals office. they BOTH told me not to do anything, that it was more than likely a scam. its just a huge headache to go through.

how you can fill out loan applications on the internet and suspect not to get catch trying to take monies get a job. If there is a loan company giving away free monies let me know.

I guess she's getting NEW names off TellerTrack (the Payday loan computer center) That's how that get our info! They pay to get 'illeagle' access to TellerTrack. They'll all be in jail soon.

This person is more than likely working for ms. bolton. pls block his IP address from the site. This site is to report the scammers. Not deal with 3rd party trash that defends and encourages it.

They called and said my mother stole or wrote a bad check to some bank and they would have a warrant out for her if I did not have her call them back.  They new her address and mine and what county we live in.  And that she was in her 70's.

SCAM! I have taken complaints of "MS BOLTON" calling and saying she was from a law firm in Georgia and victims sister was in court, and for "only" $1500 they could help her sister. Big problem is, victim did not have a sister, so she did not fall for the scam.

I Received a call from 904-900-8341 &678-999-7370 that pissed me off about a loan I know nothing about they had alot of my info they said I owed alot of money beware of scams

don't take pdl.....i would take out a pdl and not pay them back,why because they violate the fdcpa and the state law and they cant do anything about it..there is 15-20 states where it's illegal for a pdl they don't have a license to collect or loan money from these states,,pdl takes you to court you say to the judge i just found out its illegal for the pdl to operate in my state...case dismissed...pdl is fined thousands of dollars...and they deserve it they know its illegal to operate in 15-20 states so what i see is an easy 2500.00...thany you...idiot..

What right you have if you take monies. Who would trust anything if you  steal you will be prone to cheat and if cheat you will give false information. Please find something constructive to do and do not take out pay day loans. Your knew when you set up the arrangments that you have to pay back. Stop the maddness. Just received this call today.  And to see all these postings about this number must mean they can't be stopped.  Sad thing is I gave her my cc number out of fear and not thinking.  Thanks attorney general for acting so quickly to protect us ...NOT!

ATTENTION: Call the State Attorney General's Office !!! 1-800-771-7755. They will take your complaint! I did! They want it! They are also looking for this Mrs.Bolton character. They are aware of her. Call and file the complaint! The more filed, the more intense the case will be. Don't let her get away!

Got a call today was not at my desk Ms. Bolton ask to to speak to my suerivsor whom she got smart with and hung up on. I got in trouble with my job about personal calls. She sais is was calling from a investogator office. I called he back but i did not get an answer. Bill collectors should not be allowed to call your work place

i got the same phone call today- on my cellphone and work#. from a ms bolton telling me that i had to call her  by 4pm or there would be complaint filed in my county courthouse.

Yep, got a call from "Investigator Bolton"  very urgent that I call her back.    She stated that she was trying to work with me, and I had until 5:00 p.m. to call her back or else.   SCAM..  I called her back and asked to speak with her supervisor and she started stuttering...   I then informed her that if she called me back, I would be "recording" her call for the Police...  She quickly hung the phone up...

I recieved a threathing message on 10/7/2011 which Ms. Bolton with HBC said I had til 4:30pm to return her call or I will be hearing from there attorney or I need to have my attorney call them. I will never fall for this scam without checking this information out first I am so glad to be able to read everyone else comments I which there was a way to get her arrested for this SCAM.
