Same scam but phone number 379-356-6473--called our cell phone saying "you're car loan has been approved", then when you advise you didn't file for a car loan they hang up.  Try to dial the number back and call does not go through.

called me ... no one was there.. claimed my auto loan was approved.. I HAVE NOT applied for auto loan when i told him this he hung up on me wouldnt tell me what company it was or anything..

Called me and said my auto loan was approved and wanted further information to process. I told them I didn't apply for a loan they insisted I did and then I told them that I didn't and the law says I am not required to accept it and he hung up on me.

I think either they get your number from online applications from other websites that share information. For example...I did an online cash advance application and now I get tons of text & calls from all kinds of numbers, including this one. I answered one time and a guy with an Indian voice was on the other end. He asked about a cash advance but told him I was not interested anymore. However he went on about checking my credit for a loan. I DID NOT ask for a credit loan of anykind and told him that. I hung up.

i just got a call from them sayng my car loan had been approved too.

I finally know now who the hell is calling me. I tried calling back this 679-528-5412 numbe and the operator said there was a problem with my international call! I was worried it could family gone overseas in trouble. Next time they call, I'm gonna take care of them once and for all.

calls have come in about twice daily for a wk-hang up.biggest problem(s) are/is that it's annoying and burning up minutes.hoe did theyget buy my no.?

They called me on this number as well as 444-111-0730.  Finally had enough and started to do two things: first I told him that aliens abducted my wife (they were calling for her) and I started to blame him.  I did this for about 2 minutes--the idiot stayed on the phone!  Second, I started to pepper him with "you're so ugly..." jokes.  He got mad and called me a b****rd, to which I told him I was sorry his mother never knew her parents.  He said he would call back (this was the 679 number).  I told him I wanted him to because it was fun talking to him.  He called back on the 444 number and I preceded to do the same thing...telling him I needed my wife back because we have 18 kids and 3 cats (not true...though we do have 3 cats:)).  He then told me "fine, no one will call you back."  And the good thing is that they haven't!

They have been calling me all day. The first time I answered he told me I was approved for a car loan. As soon as I said I wasnt in the market for a car, he hung up. Every time they called my cell phone said it was a call based from Michigan.

They call all hours of the day and nite!  I've blocked the number but it's still irritating to pick up your phone and see 5 missed calls!  Who ever it is I wish they would find out and stop them!  I hate these damn scam artists!

Pretty sure this is a scam, they called my house saying we've been approved.  Once they were told that the credit card was canceled they hung up.

these jerks have been calling me like 10 times a day for the past 3 days. it's irratating because when they call i say hello twice and they hang up. then they call from another number and say they need my bank routing number to deposit this money i've been approved for. this is a bunch of crap!

They needed collect 600.00 for a payday loan back in nov.8 they called themselve a police,they comming to lock you up,but needed know where you locate ,try to get infomation from you,such as south& north caroline ,chicago, these are where loan was doing

this number 6795285412 has call my grandmothers house twice today once this afternoon and then at 7:16 pm talking bout i was approved for a car loan then hang the phone. i dont appreciate that because they got my information then just hang the phone and you cannot call back. I feel like you shouldnt get my hopes with getting money and im not especially if i didnt apply and you tell me i did and im approved where the hell is the money?

They have called my home 4 times today ..they keeping saying I was approved for something .. the fouth time I placed a police report cause I have new twins and try to nap when they nap. The caller each time has heavy accent and hard to understand. My number is private so I quite irritated. I was told by police the number is international from figi.

also has called every day 4 or 5 times a day for the past 3 weeks at all hours of the day & night saying i was approved for payday loans home loans bad credit loans personal loans i have told them many times that iv not applied for any kind of loan & not to call any more when they called today i contacted out local sheriff's office they said it was a scam that they have been trying to find the person who is doing the scam for 4 months

I just got this call a few minutes ago - about 1:25 PM CST. A man with a very heavy accent said I was being called to let me know the car loan application I submitted online had been approved. I had to tell him three times I did not submit any loan application online. After the third time he hung up on me. Definitely some kind of scam.

A call must be placed to the FBI since this is outside your state, also the say to make a police report in your city also, that way there is a local reached of it.

This number keeps calling and hanging up the phone! They won't leave a message! It's irritating!

I'm getting calls from this number too.  I finally blocked it on my phone.

No message...international number because when I try to return call, will not go thru.  How does this keep happening?  These people need to be stopped from getting peoples cell phone numbers.  I am stopping my cell service soon because it is too much of a hassle with strange numbers, vendors, telemarketers, etc getting numbers that maybe belonged to someone else in the past, but they keep calling.
