I gather from your barely coherent post that you are the victim of identity theft. You can place an Alert on your credit file with any of the big 3 credit bureaus to prevent third parties from opening accounts, credit lines, etc., using your name and SSN -- you MUST do this because this problem WILL happen again if you don't. You should also file a report with your local police to establish the fact that you are the victim of ID theft and retain a copy of the complaint forever should you ever need to prove same in the future. there are TWO people with the same SSN!  the other person worked for stop and shop, I did not, I am now getting money from stop and shop through lost claim money. since they can not find her. she is a YEAR older than I am. I am so sick of her. so i am getting all of her bills too. 2. there are 2 people. with the same name 2. she stole my middle name.

I was called by this "Grace" person as well, she was asking for someone who I have no clue who it is. She then asked for me by name, and said I was named as an associate of the other person...I told her I have no idea who that person is. She said she would remove my name from the list. If she calls back, I will file a complaint for harassment.

Called here, told her she had the wrong number. She was looking for my sister in law. Told her I wasn't her secretary. She called back less than a minute later stating she was going to have the papers served to this address and than hung up. Her name is Grace, she hangs up anytime I call back, tried to look up this company to speak to manager.... RUDE!!

someone calling stating it was for a loan... calling my place of employment.. said something about a surveyed summons

Has been REPEATEDLY told they have the wrong number and keeps calling around 5 or 6 times a day and is extremely rude. Will follow up with police if this continues.
