I also received contact from this person on the dating website Plenty of Fish.  He said his name is David P. Vincent and was supposedly from South Dakota.  He claims to be a widower who lost his wife 8 years ago.  He also claims to be an engineer from the Netherlands.  When I questioned why his phone number was not from South Dakota (thanks to this site), I never heard from him again.  Be very careful ladies....this guy wants to play with your heart.
