We have been receiving very harassing phone calls from Tuckers... they are a collection agency that wants us to hire them to collect our outstanding debts.  We have never, and will never, hire this company for anything.  I understand that they use "scare tactics" to collect their debts... but they also use these tactics with their customers - the ones who are paying them and giving them business!   What a fool you would be to sign up with these remorseless a***oles.  And don't fall for their pickup lines - "I'm returning a message from your boss.  He wants to talk to me." They do nothing but lie and steal.  

I have begun steps to shut this business down - you can help!  File a complaint with the BBB, notify your police (so the harassment / threats are on record), and then notify your phone company to set up a "trap." Even though this company calls from a blocked number, your phone company can trace the calls, and they will notify the police whenever this company contacts me from now on.  

Yes did the same to me today... I tried to get the number they were calling from using *69 but it wasn't available.

I just got a call from "Justin" at "Tucker." It was the usual:
"(my boss's name), please"
"May I tell him who is calling?"
"Justin."
"From what company?"
"Tucker."

I put him on hold for two minutes, picked up the phone and told him my boss is not in. I got hung up on. I just HATE those guys who call and try to sound like they are buddies with the owner. It. Never. Works.

Anyway, I called the business back at (877) 455-4572 and asked to be removed from the call list. The guy who answered was actually nice, hopefully he actually removed the number. If not, I plan on messing with Justin every time he calls.

"What are you wearing 'Justin from Tucker?" and yes, I'll do it in the State Farm commercial lady's voice.

Who doesn't love giving telemarketers a hard time? I know I do.

I bet it's the same guy that called here today asking if I had peanut butter in my ears!  jerk!!!!!

Had a call today for my boss from this number said he was from Tuckers.  Asked for my boss and I asked what the call was in regards to, he said "get the peanut butter out of your ears, you know who I asked for!"  I told him he was inappropriate and I was ending the call.  He said peanut butter is not appropriate.  I'm not sure what this guy is selling, but we would NEVER buy from him!

"Mark" from "Tuckers" called here on a Tuesday afternoon, just before 5:00 p.m.  He kept asking for my boss.  My boss was not available, but I was not about to let that person know anything one way or the other. Would not allow me to take a message and would not leave a voice mail.  Kept pressing for information re: if my boss was in the office or not.  Very creepy.  Very, very rude.  Finally, I just said, "Well, I have to go now," and hung up the phone.  He did not call back.

Got the same call - asked for my boss by name, told me he "just spoke to him and was running 30 minutes late". Funny, my boss is not in this country and when I inquired again who was calling - he said he was from "CNA" and then he hung up. I tried to call the number back but just got a quick busy signal. Seriously???!!!! This is what people do for jobs? How sad...

I keep getting calls from this number asking for my boss then hanging up on me when I say he's not here!! I don't have time for this, I have a REAL job!! I try to call back, and you get a disconnection sound!! This is harrassment!!

Called and asked for my boss personally. I asked for his name (which is supposedly Ryan Hall) and asked him to hold while I checked to see if my boss was available. I googled the number instead, found this site and put Mr. Hall through to voicemail. The surprising thing was that he didn't just hang up when I put him on hold like most telemarketers/spam calls.

Called in today, the ID shows: NAME NOT FOUND
Said works with Tucker's a group of lawyers and investigators and they were ready to pick me up.

I asked FOR WHAT? and the answer was:
To take me on a vacation... and then he started offering something.

I just hang up and was puzzled, who the F.... in its right mind, would design a marketing sales call such this?

These folks seem to be bad news. A few posts can be ignored, but multiple pages of different stories lend some credence. Beware of the dubious services they purport to offer.

This is the tactic used by all the smarmy salesmen calling to try to sell questionable products and services. Pretend they are personally acquainted with the company president, and brush aside any efforts to screen their calls. They can be very rude & obnoxious. Sometimes they devolve to intimidation tactics.

NEW FLASH: If you're going to employ such awful tactics, WE DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!! EVER!!!!!

Got the same call and the man was a jerk.  I saw on this site what company it was and I called it right away and was transferred to sales where they took me off the list and after I explained to them he was rude and I would never do business with a company like that.  I will be watching to see if it was taken care of.  He also said he found my number and saw who the rep was let's hope he corrects this.

Called my office today, the guy said he was from Tucker's, and asked for an ex-employee who hasn't worked at my company for 2 years. Then the caller said he was calling to ask for a $50K small business loan. Then the guy started laughing and I hung up. What a bunch of a-holes. How are these tactics supposed to generate business for whatever company he represents? They're like a bunch of high school kids dicking around, making prank calls.

Ask for owner. Said he was out. I hung up. I can smell a telemarketer a mile away.

Pretending that he knows my husband and that he was expecting his call. Said he spoke with him a few days ago. IMPOSSIBLE! My husband has been in the hospital for 12 days.

He said he would hunt me down and inundate my e-mail, fax and phone line every 5 seconds if I didn't provide him with our clients information that were behind with us. We don't even have any clients. He even yelled at me. I am not sure what kind of sales tactic that is.

Said they were with Tuckers and was returning my boss's call.  He wouldn't be specific who he was.  I've had other calls from "Tuckers" and it's always been a telemarketer.  He got smart with me and wanted my name.  I hung up on him.
