I've received 7 calls during December/January from 682-651-4009, all with empty voice mails. I'm going to report the number.

I got calls from this number 4 days in a row last week, it stopped for a few days then they called again today. They did not leave a message on any call and I never answered. Very Annoying!

They called my cell phone, and left no message. I called the number back and it was about a discount on my auto insurance. The recording offered (3) to opt out of their list. We'll see...

they called both me and my wife. Called her yesterday and me today and left me an empty voicemail. So annoying. Don't you wish you could reach though the phone sometime and start throwing punches?

I actually talked to someone, and they said the name of the company is "The Insurance Company". They are supposedly located in Southlake Texas. Googled them, and could not find any sort of company. I then reported them to the Do Not Call registry, in which my number has been on, and renewed for years.

Selling insurance. Knows they are violating the national do not call list, but will hang up if you ask who the company is.
Makes you wonder how well they would do insuring you if they cannot follow existing laws for other things....
