Just received a call from this number. It came up on caller id as Dir Assist AS which peaked my interest well knowing it probably was a telemarketer. The guy starts out with I'm calling about your MS Windows based PC and hung up when I told him we have all Macs which is true. Tried to reverse call and the number says it's disconnected. Not only an annoying telemarketer/scam artist but rude to boot!

I looked the number up on this site and found that it is in American Samoa. Wikipedia gives the description that American Samoa is an unincorporated territory of the United States located in the South Pacific Ocean, southeast of Samoa. Now I suspect this must be a telemarketer number, although my cell number is listed on the "Do Not Call" List. Maybe the list is not restricted from unincorporated US territories?
