Who is this and why are they calling me on my Government Issued cell phone?

Who is this?

Spoofed number from a scumbag cowardly telemarketer that doesn't have the guts to meet me in person.

Any ideas?  They called my govt issued phone as well.

I also received a call from this number.  Fortunately I didn't pick up and no message was left on the voice mail.

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number. Been called so much by these scammers that I don't answer any caller ID numbers I don't recognize.

They spoof this number to get your information

who is this and why can they call from a number that is not in service? I tried to call back and it said nthe number was not in service.

This number keeps calling my cell phone. I don't answer it and they aren't leaving messages or anything...

Unsolicited calls like this should be ILLEGAL.

Rcvd call on government cell phone from this numbe at 1530 on 9/13/08.  No msg.  Tried to immediately call back and got voice mail that I had reached 757-813-3913.

Received an automated call on my cell phone. Something about a vacation package. Seems the DoNotCall Registry doesn't work so well.

I rec'd call from this number today 9/8/08 @ 4:24 PM EST in Hampton, VA.  I don't answer the phone unless I know the number so it was a missed call.  I don't give out my cell number except to limited number of people, but did this past weekend when I booked a hotel through a travel website (maybe there is a connection?).

also calling my cell.. pain in the azz as it is during peak times.. so also costing...

No name. WHo's gonna pay for my TrackPhone time?! ME... I really hope this complaint does any good. Probably not. Just another database. What a shame people get by with this.

I got a call from these guys at 12:51 pm GMT -5 (EST).  I didn't answer, but when I called  back I got a recording saying the call could not be completed as dialed.

I'm pretty sure this is a spoofed number and I'm going to check with the phone company to see if there is anything they can do to get more info on it.

I've been getting calls from this number for about a month. I've been ignoring it, but it needs to stop. I have Verizon.

Recv'd call from 8/26/08 12:37 pm.  No message left.  I am located in Virginia.

received a call from 686-813-3913 on Aug 24. Didnt answer/ left no message- I am with Sprint.

The call came to my sprint cell phone, did not answer. Tried to call back anonymously and could not get through. Kept getting message "you must first dial a 0 or 1" which I had done. I am in Richmond VA

One more thing,its seems this is only happening in Virginia.I'm in Virginia too.

I got a call from 686-813-3913 at 4:12 PM today,but I didn't get to the phone in time to anwser it.I have Alltel.

missed call on my Verizon Wireless phone

received a call on my cell phone at 2:15, didn't answer it.  Verizon in Richmond, VA.

i got the call from same number.  i believe its a spam.
