Just got a call from this number with the extra 8. Woman with heavy accent knew my last name, said something wrong with my computer, she was with Microsoft. Said she could show me on my computer directly on my screen the warning messages. Obviously a scam, I hung up on her. Should have tried to shame her for working with a scammer.

I received a call from this number and hey said they were calling from Microsoft about a computer I just bought. BS!!! When I tried to ask more questions they hung up!

Got the same call from the same number with the extra 8 on the end. Said he was from Microsoft & would help me fix my computer that he said was infected with a bad virus. I told him to send me an email from Microsoft and hung up.

Got the same number call as the others listed here. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize as most of them are scams.

they called me today saying it's Microsoft. same message, my PC would have problems etc.

Received call asking to speak to my sister who has been deceased since 2007. Callers voice seemed to be middle eastern. When asked why he was calliing, he stated it was in reference to racial discourse and immediately hung up. Concerning but probably related to our fantastic government somehow. yes, extra 8 on back of number--guy with accent called this morn to help me fix my computer free--I got hacked yesterday, Yahoo told me to change my password, which I did, but how did he get my phone number. Think he might be the one who hacked me. How can we stop him?
