Seems to be interest-rate scam-artist calling (supposedly) to offer better interest rates on Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Probably would have asked for credit card numbers. Smelled a rat and hung up. Has called several times in the past; latest call on 10/19/12.

rcv'd call at noon - husband answered on second ring and there was no response so he hung up. Appears to be a interest rate scam based on above comment and other searches on the web.
