Called me and left 4 silent messages, 2 sec, 1s , 6s.

no message left

Got a call on this number a few minutes ago.  Didn't have on my reading glasses and answered.  No one said anything, there was no sound whatsoever.

We got calls from this number at midnight on our cell phone two nights in a row.  No message left.

Got call from  this number regarding car insurance. Annoying.

Got a call from this number on 10/11/07 @ 6:53pm. Luckily I did'nt feel my cell vibrate and I missed the call.

got a land line call from a number 3am land line they got my numbers linked on mobile and landline at a guess from plentyoffish.com its the only place they couldve got that information cell phone number was 06111342101

Got call just now from 06111342101; Female said calling from Israel n that she dialed wrong number so just hung up.  Cant believe they even calling here in Auckland, New Zealand

Yes me too. I just got a phone call from that number. I thought it's OZ number but actually it's not. Definately it's scam phone call. Can't understand why people do it???

Got call from this number talking about car insurance. Very annoying.

Keep getting these marketing type calls from this number --sometimes up to a couple of times a day or week. They ask for Taylor or Tyler and begin their speel. I am on the DO NOT CALL list for all numbers and they still come through - I have told them to stop--it is harassment and that I will turn them in - they STILL call. It is annoying - in the middle of meetings, at work, etc on my cell and at home on my home phone.
This has to stop. This week they have called a minimum of 6 times. Tired of them calling. And now sometimes nobody answers. Frankly it is downright annoying.

Received a call from this number this evening.  Unfortunately I answered it because I didn't have my glasses on.  Nothing was said, there was no music, no sound whatsoever.

Got call from this number on Dec. 5 at 10:43 a.m. PST and on Dec. 6 at 9:38 a.m. PST.

Just got a call from this strange number. I pressed "decline" to answer, and it called me RIGHT back. And did it several times until I let it got my voice mail.

Got a call from this number on 10-8-07 around 4PM. There was a pause then an announcment in Spanish.  My# is also on the do not call list.  Looks like we should all be reporting this to the do not call registry, but it probably will not do any good.

I believe the concerned person in San Jose is correct. Fortunately for me I recognized the number to be "odd" and did not answer. Looks like they are canvassing the 408 area code.

Today is 10/8/07. I just received a call on my cell phone from 700-000-0611. No noise in background, no nothing, so I immediately hung up. Will notify Verizon and put a block on it. No doubt it is some computer who dials numbers in order and logs those numbers who respond by answering the phone. I would next expect to get more spam calls on my phone after this, although I also am on the National Do Not Call List. It is very discouraging that people should be so vunerable to crooks like this.

March 21. Got three phone calls from 1-700-000-0611. There was a background music. The first call I answered and said hello. The second I didn't say anything? Who's behind this number?

I received calls from this 1-700-000-0611 number weekly, both with my home phone and cell phone. It didn't leave any message or say anything when I pick up my phones. I only hear the beeping.

Who is person behind these phone calls, and what are they trying to do?
