Sounds like a scam to me. Here in the USA (assume you're in India because of R=Rupee?), when you "win" something, you *never* have to give out any money in advance to release the prize, for taxes, for whatever, or give out personal info of any kind like Social Security Number, birthday, bank account numbers, whatever. I suggest the financial instrument you'd used to pay them, if it's possible for them to access it later, be made inaccessible to them, e.g., if a credit card, close the card account, or they will keep charging or sell the account info to other scammers. Am sorry you were scammed, always check the net for info before giving money away.

Got phone call from mr Feraris telling me that I won 1.2 milion in a telephone nr draw.  I payed the first R3450 inti the bank account nr of P Jali and was then told to pay another R12000 into the account of Dimpies and Jali.  I was given a number and extention which to phone when I did not want to bank the money inn.  Please tell me if it is a scam
