I keep a referee's type whistle near to my telephone. When I receive one of these calls I blow it into the telephone. The caller hangs up immediately. Works every time.

Gee, that's funny, the FTC said they'd shut "Rachel" up. But of course that lasted a few hours.
I hope the new invention will work (the one that won the contest a few weeks ago).

Got a call from Rachel at Credit Card Services looking to reduce my rates....I pressed 9 to talk with someone and told them we are on a do not call list and remove me from the list...he immediately replied...ok, whatever and hung up!
