I didn't answer the call, but have seen the number before.

Left msg offering small business loan. No company name, just a recorded msg from "Ally" wanting me to fill out an application. An odvious scam.

call the FTC and make a complaint agaiunst them a collection agengy is not allowed to call you more than 3 times daily and if you ask them to stop calling they are required by law to stop calling.

PLEASE REMOVE MY PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR DATA BASE.   I HAVE CALLED AND REQUESTED TWICE AND STILL GETTING CALLS.     THERE IS NOBODY BY THE NAME OF DAVID BRETTS AT OUR RESIDENCE.

Yeah these guys r in the way! I mean seriously do they have a life outside their job? In the mean time don't screw with mine.

I wish they would stop calling. They are not interesting at all to me.

I keep getting calls from these people and sometimes it's every hour. They stop for a week and then start up again. I answer and nobody is there and I tell them to stop calling. They leave voicemails where nobody says anything. I'm never late on my bills and I don't owe anything so I'm not sure if it's debt collecting or what. I've even reported them on the "Do Not Call" register.

I'm the same Mike that posted before, Okay did some quick research and I.C System is based in Saint Paul, MN, and their consumer help line is 800-279-9048 but the call I received from these people told me to call was 866-858-8784 which is in South Beach, Fl

I received multiple phone calls from this number, they say they are a debt collection agency and I have a past due balance for Verizon. But I have never received any mail from Verizon of a bill due, I don't know if it's a scam or what

This number continues to call me and no one ever answers.  Very annoying.

It is a collection company called IC Systems.  They are a legit company.  Problems are that they still harass people even after payment has been made.

Same thing...they call I answer they hang up....I called back they answer then hang up,these kind of callls can get you in trouble with the fcc,and big fines are possible....so keep it up and we will see what happens..!!!

They keep calling me and when I answer all I hear is "hello" then hangs up. So annoying.

The company started calling me last week and calls 7-8 times per day. They leave no message and when I do answer the phone and tell them to stop calling and harassing me, they again a half hour later. I have no idea who it is.

I keep getting calls from this number. Nobody says anything on the other end when I answer it. Not even an automated recording. I called the number back, and nobody answers. So annoying. The call every day.
