No on is on the line they keep calling and hanging up.  Very irritating.  I dont answer the phone anymore but they stay on the line just long enough to leave a hang up message.  No talking just a click.

Called to inform me my vehicle is no longer covered by warranty and I could apply for some special auto repair coverage plan. This was all through a recorded message with the option to speak to an operator or be deleted from their list. No mention of what company was making this call.

Me too, they keep calling and waiting until the voice mail picks up and  then say NOTHING!

That would be great information if 4142 was the number under discussion.    Unfortunately it is 4797 on this theme.

Though I have never had a call from 701-212-4142 I did come on a website,
http://www.lordswitnesses.us/, which lists this number on one of its pages as
a number to call if more info is wanted about the  organization.  The website
is about Bible codes that they have the key for, so that they can calculate the end times date, lead one into the 'real' truths of the Bible, and other
good things.  They may or may not be related to Jehovah's Witnesses now or in
the past;  I  looked at only two pages from the website before I moved on to other searches since I found their info more incredible  than credible.

This is not a State Farm number.  This number, 701-212-4749 is rerouting from an unknown source to a State Farm agency making it look like State Farm is calling.  We have called this number and reached an agency who is working on correcting the problem.

This number is supposed to be a State Farm insurance company.

Car Warranty...reported to Do Not Call Registry.

I got two calls on 2-26 showing on my caller ID as Miami 305-260-6609.

Checkig with my phone company the numbers showed up as coming from

701-212-4797.   I reported both numbers to the Do Not Call Registry.

Got a Call from this number when I was not home, but the Caller ID said Miami FL.

I also received a phone call from this number when not home. Got caller ID. Checked the number and can only find that it's from Fargo, North Dakota. I thought that was odd because I am originally from NoDak. From your email handle are you here in Alaska?
