please make these people go away. they should grow up and act like they know better.calling and saying you owe money for something u dont. no respect for any one. and i wish they could be stoped. we all have to do the right thing and at least try to be honest. thnk u will

This is indeed an offshore scam. We have had 2 complaints from this individual this year in our jurisdiction. He uses the name "Jack Adams" also and has a thick middle eastern accent. He has called from numbers 646-918-5948, 410-690-3200, and 701-214-6455. The company names he uses are "Ten Dollar Payday Loans", "BGM", "E.B Cash", and "Fast Cash".
He also cursed at me (Law Enforcement) over the phone. That's a big clue. Never send money to someone who uses profanity or threatens you as these are not practical business practices.

the funny thing is they wanted a credit card  number but they never called my number,they found my uncles number.also they wouldnt give me their address and hung the phone up on me

I got a call from this number and they left on my voicemail saying that i was gonna get arrested because of fraud and that they had a warrant for my arrest. When i tried to call it back it went right to an answer machine saying "please leave a message after the beep" seriously most businesses have a recording of something so  I knew this was a scam because this happen to my mother inlaw, but the idiots said the wrong name which is my new married name and i have nothing under that. you cant even understand them because they are indian or something.  something needs to be done about this..dont fall for there stuff

This so called Mac morris has called constantly. He often calls from 701-214-6455. He says he is with the federal crime prevention unit. Today he is in Fargo ND. We have reported him federally I cannot believe nothing has been done yet. He also threatened that he was going to have the local cops come and get me so I can explain it to them!

I received a phone call today from a victor fom 701-214-6455. he left a message on my phone to call back now! so i called back he told me he was from the federal crime prevention and that i had to go to court in north dakota tomorrow for a fraud case pending in my name. i asked him what company was it for because i had recvd a phone call from another person from this same # last week saying it was for some online payday loan company named cash 1 usa, this time he said cash net usa. i told him i have never heard of this company before and that last wk thy told me cash one usa. he told me that he was sending police to my address and that i was going to loose my job threatening me telling i better enjoy the money because tom i will be in jail, i told him to go f*** hiself and that they have already been reported to the fbi and attorney general. for my state. and i hung up in his face....f**cking a***ole

They got me the same way but said I owed 15 grand and will serve 6 months

Man had me scared. Called me all dday telling me I had to pay 15 grand or I got locked up. I am only 21 so you know that would freak anyone out. He said hos name was Ben Harris. I got a lawyer and when I found out it was a scam I felt so stupid. I mean really. That is me wasting my time on something so dumb. I knew something was not right when he said he had a report but no bill. I am taking up criminal justice so I know the law and that my friend whould not have passed.

Got a call from 701-214-6455 from a guy named Harvey lawrence who had a heavy Indian accent. He called my cell 4 times before leaving a message. The message said he was a representative for Federal Crimes and I committed fraud and needed to contact him asap. If I did not comply, the message served as a verbal warning that they would come to my place of buisness or home to arrest me.

These guys must be stopped.  Called me at work and on my cell same story.  I told them I was
calling the police and that they were the ones that should be arrested.  Same caller Federal Crime
Prevention Dept.  I have worked for the Federal Government and believe me they do not use these
kinds of phone under any circumstances.  They should be investigated by someone. asap

Thank goodness I found this.  This guy (Victor Logan) scared me to death!  Had all of my info.  Now I worry about identity theft.  Anything I can do?

Called my cell phone today. A man with a heavy Middle Eastern accent named Harry Lawrence left a message. He said that he was with FCP and there was a serious complaint and arrest warrant against me for fraudulant activity. And that they would arrest me at my home or place of business. Left a call back number of 714-214-6455. When I called, I got ditched to voice mail every time.  I have checked a few other sites and this is a SCAM to scare you into giving them money!

I just reported them to the FTC and listed them on a few other 'watchdog' websites like this.

i think everyone should go to the site www.numberinvestigator.com and put the number in and file a complaint.  the more complaints filed under this number then they DA can track these people down and put this to a stop.  I am going to try everything.  These people called my job and cussed me and my co workers out about a loan i know nothing about.

this is the exact situation that happened to me today and this took place at my job. then when we got disconnected he called right back and proceeded to verbally curse at my co worker because she did not give me the call. very rude and abnoxious.  i asked for a phone number in order to call back so i could look in to the matter and  he said no.  That i had to take care of it right then or go to jail in the morning.  Got my blood pressure high at work.  Not a good thing for me.
What can i do to stop these calls from coming especially to my job.

I agree with you.  These characters should be sued for harassment or even tried on criminal charges of impersonating law enforcement officers.     I did contact my local l law enforcement authorities so they are aware of the situation.  Hopefully they get caught and are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I also received a call from a Mack Morris. Stated the same as above. This isn't the first time these people have harassed me. They call my cell and my work. I have know idea what they are talking about and they are obviously scammers. I don't understand how these people can keep getting away with this.

I also rec?d a call from this Mack Morris person claiming that he was with Federal Crime Prevention.  He stated that either I or my retained attorney of the courts needed to contact him regarding some legal issues. He claimed that I will be ?ver y sorry? if I didn?t return his call, and that I would get arrested  at my home or at work, and that my SS# would be placed on hold. And all this was left on a voicemail on my cell phone.  He was extremely rude and threatening and difficult to understand. I just ignored him. I figure if there is some kind of legal issue pending against me then I shall be getting a visit from the local sheriff constable. In closing he said that if I did not return his call that all he could do was ?wish you a good luck?.

Called me and said that I had broken  federal law. Was very hard to understand. I asked the name of the company he was taling about after he asked me about my email address. I told him I would deal directly with the company and hung up.

Asked to speak with one of our employees.   Said they were with the FEDERAL CRIME PREVENTION

This guy called me said his name was mack morris and said if I didn't pay for a payday I had I would go to jail. I believed him he scammed me out of 250.00.

Did he keep calling you back. Because that's the same one tha keep calling me. He was telling me the same exact thing. Name and everything.
