They are calling to help with refinancing your mortgage.  Simply call the number back and a recording comes on and says "If you'd like to be removed from our call list press one.  It takes up to 72 hours to be removed from our list."

REALLY?? Just call them back and they stop calling. You are extremely naive. i have had this company calling me up to seven times a day every day for weeks, and yes, I have called it back, and no they DO NOT stop calling.

Please do not assume the rest of us are simply too stupid to figure out call the number back.

Started getting this call after registering a Sony VAIO netbook with Sony. I'm pretty sure they sold my number because I went from a few calls a day to about 10 per day within one day of registration. I don't think I'll shop with Sony anymore.

Two days ago they called from 425-645-9770, today they called both the landline and then the cell 20 min. later from this #. The calls get routed to Nelson Gamble & Associates in Irvine, CA. It remains to be seen if they mail the written DNC policy.

i recieved constant calls from this number about debit reliefit says hit 1 to talk to a rep then i hit 1 i ask who it is they hang up they have called 15 times today and call twominutes after i hang up, last time i hit one and screramed do not call her again but they hung up before i could get it all out, i have children i need to watch and these people don't leave messages and they just come up alpha i want to know who this company is so i can find them and sue them honestly im sick of the harrasment i was told well it takes tyime for a do not call list but honestly this is getting old and taking up my answering machine because it excepts there blank message.

Debt company

A new level of rudeness.  They called with a recording.  Of course I pressed 1 to talk to someone so they could take me off the list. They blaired some really bad country music and then someone picked up and asked if I wanted more information on wiping my debt clear.  I said "No, I want you to take my name off the list."  He said "We don't do that, but okay."  I said "Wait, what do you mean you don't do that?"  "I'm not the one who does that here."  "Well I want you to transfer..." "No, no, sorry, [CLICK]"

Can't we report this to the FBI or someone?

What a bunch of rude morons! I don't normally answer callers that I do not recognize but had the priveledge of talking to Josh......king of the morons.

I wish someone would post how to get the national do not call list to work. Maybe who to call or file a complaint to.

keep calling my cell phone from different numbers with some dept relief message and to press one.  I am on the fed do not call list as well.

I just got a call and this number was a recorded message from Google asking if I wanted my buisness in their 411 directory? Is this a scam since we're all getting different messages?

They called my cell phone several times with apre recorded message about debt relief. My number is on the federal do not call list.

This Debt Relief company continuously calls at all hours.  Have called the numbers back and requested to be on Do Not Call list but they keep calling from 3 different numbers.

It's a number for 'Debt Relief". They called my work phone. The moment I told them this was a business number, they hung up.
