another credit card debt robo caller.

Received phone call from the number.  Recorded message first, stayed on the line just to see what they had to say (this was the second call, first on my msg machine with no call back number).  Person came on and said "I understand you're interested in lowering your interest rate".  My response was "Not particularly, what card are you calling about".  Surprise, DIAL TONE.  
Yet another scam.  
I suppose the next time, I'll just play along and maybe record the danged conversation.  
Hate to say this, some people just shouldn't be left unattended!

Got a call from them just now, pressed 1, told agent that i'm on do not call registry. Got hung up on immediately.

I did report them at one time to the Attorney General of the state they called from which at that time was Illinois, it didn't even get a response. But I would go ahead and do it anyway.

This same company has been calling me for at least five years, they use different numbers but they are all the same people, and last time I checked they had family all over the USA, and they are using cell phones. They claim they can lower your credit card interest yet and still they cannot tell you what card they are calling about. They are trying to get someone to give them information so they can steal their identity it is as simple as that. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO QUIT CALLING ME MANY TIMES, ONE WOMAN SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME ANY F---ING TIME SHE WANTED TO AND THERE WOULD BE NOTHING I COULD DO ABOUT IT. She is right apparently because I have been reporting it to the Do Not Call Government agency and THEY STILL CALL, so that is another agency not doing what they should do and allowing some people to be defrauded.

Got 2 calls within 3 hours, left messages credit was fine, but can lower interest rate. I am on the
DO NOT CALL registry also.

Message left on my home answering machine.  Michigan ND and the number showed up on caller ID.  Obviously a robocall...mentioned something about my account being fine, but I needed to call them back immediately to see how to get a lower interest rate.  Also have been on DO NOT CALL registry since day 1.  Pests.

Called number back but I all I heard was a message saying the Verison customer I was calling was not available at this time.

Received the call at 3:36 p. m. CST, and the only thing shown on the caller ID display was "Michigan ND".  After listening to the recording, I told a live representative that I was reigstered with the Do Not Call Registry and that I was going to report them since they keep calling; she quickly asked if I wanted the U. S. Attorney General's toll-free number (LOL) and I told her "No, I will file the complaint via the Do Not Call Registry online".  End of call . . .

I E-mail VERIZON and essentially told them they were providing service to a company that is non-compliant with the DO NOT CALL list and I held them responsible to contact the number user. HAHA hope it works.
