Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  Definitely a scam.  Don't have an account with any instition even close to that name.

I have Verizon. And, am not with Citizen Federal.  How can anyome file a wrongful claim against whomever is behind this?

I have Sprint service and do not have an account with this financial institution.  It is a scam. www.examiner.org

I too received a call telling me the suspended card stuff from this same institution.  I contacted Verizon and they are not aware of this number I thought it maybe was a hacker or something.

I just received this call also!  I am very glad I checked into it.  I assumed that if a card was going to be "suspended," I would get a call from a real person.  However, you never know these days...

Received a phone call from this number at 11:32 PM on 8/8/2008.  I am a Verizon Customer as well.  It was about Student loans and was automated on my voicemail.  Reversed the number they provided and it's out of Bismarck, ND.  The number came up as 801 on my phone though.  When I called it said all circuits were busy.  I would advise not calling at all and especially don't give out any information.

I too got this call, one on my house phone and two on my cell and my husband got one on his cell also.  I also have Verizon, my sister has a friend who has Verizon and she got the same call.  I'm not sure if it is just Verizon customers since they called our house also, kinda funny though since our home number is private.  I'm not sure how many times they're going to call us, wasting our minutes.  I googled the phone number and it says it's out of Bismarck, ND.  You can find out more info. if you want to pay for it.

I got the same call along with 2 other family members. We all have Verizon and Verizon said they are aware of the scam.DON'T DO IT!!!I work at a bank and it's a scam. I'm curious to see if it was just Verizon customers or other carriers as well.

Received the same call on my cell -- left a voicemessage -- same as the others - card has been suspended, etc.  I didn't call it back as I don't have a card with that institution..........just wanted to advise.

Received a call on my cell phone Saturdayat 12:15 AM telling me i need to call this number to reactivate my card from Citizens Federal Savings and Loan. Had received the same message on my home number earlier in the week. Just today 8-8-2008 received a call at my office number. When tried to call back recording says that the carriers phone system is overloaded and disconnects. I feel that this is an information seeking call that is a scam

Call was left in our voicemail saying our ???? Federal Savings and Loan card has been suspended. I do not have any Federal Savings and Loan account so tried to return the call to let them know they had wrong info on a phone number. When the call picked up it only gave me two options, press 1 to reactivate your card, press 2 to hang up.. No option to go into customer service. I FEEL THIS IS A INFORMATION SEEKING CALL AND IF YOU PRESS 1 YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PRESS IN YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CODE. I feel it is a scam call.
