They have called several days after 9PM PDT and do not respond or leave a message.

My guess is that there from Chase financial. There is a reason they call themselves "Chase"...you down. No privacy in this world. These Credit company's have the attitude that all is fair. Them just wait till they get to the door. Bamm, Right in the kisser- I'll tell you! Calling at 9:40 at night, Asssholes!

Have received several late evening calls, tonight at 9:54 p.m.  Identified after pause as Dish Net Service.  Sounds like origin of calls is India.  Caller ID 701-456-3703.  Hung up after I ask them if they know that they were calling at 9:55 p.m. on Sunday night.

this number has been calling for three hours late at night around 9-10pm when we answer nobody answers back and the keep calling over and over again.

Caller calls frequently to our household after 9:30pm at night.  No one answers and no one leaves a message.  Caller Id says Dickinson ND 701-456-3703.  It is very irritating

Definitely from India, the male caller used profanity and asked about my wife, referred to me by given name. Someone, somewhere, gave up contact information.

They called wanting to know if I used cable or satellite. They asked if I was with Direct TV and I said I was with DISH. He then said he was with DISH. They were so rude, I have never screemed so loud. They sound like they are from India. I told them to remove me from their calling list and they said they would keep calling until I listened to them. I think they are FRAUDSTERS so please be aware of these callers. They did call me back until I told them that I was putting them on the phone with my husband. They wanted to speak to the lady of the house...by the way.

after my wife yelled at them for calling so late they told her" shut up b@#$H" and then hung up. she said they wanted to sell us satellite tv. she also said they sounded drunk. the call came from dickinson, north dakota.

the number calls every few days for the past 2-3 weeks but i don't answer and they don't leave a message so i don't know what they want, not that i really care.

Indian male calls late - after 10 p.m. His english is horrible and he always sounds confused.  I keep telling him to take us off their calling list and he obviously does not comply.

OMG.. well at least they seem "legit" for some service or another.  I received a phone call tonight... from this number.  He (the india accented male) wanted to talk to my husband (who was sitting next to me at the time) and I stated that he was busy.  He then said "Don't hang up! (my husbands name) has ordered a dress for you and I need your measurements! OMFG... so I handed the phone to my husband... he wanted to know about this "dress" he ordered for me.... LMAO.  Hope he doesn't call back.. it was at 10pm!

BEWARE of 701-456-7303 Dickinson ND! SCAM!

Three calls on our message machine, the second one had some weird 5 second noise\message unlike anything I've ever heard.  Creepy.

Several times for the past two weeks, I've been getting calls from someone with a very thick Indian (Hindu) accent at 10 or 11 P.M. trying to talk me into switching to Dish Network. When I  first explained that I already had Dish Network, he said that I needed to upgrade, I said, "no thanks" to the offer. He then told me I had a $400 credit and must spend it, which I again said, "no thanks"... this resulted in downhill battle ending in his telling me, "that I'm a stupid American"
Additional calls all end with me hanging up as it's always the same accent with different voices attached. What gets me is the caller I.D. says the call is from North Dakota #701-456-3703

My dad keeps getting this a call from this number every night. It has been almost three weeks now since he has started receiving these calls. I believe that these calls have to do with the cell phone numbers being released to telemarketers. And if that is so, then my best suggestion would be to register onto the Do Not Call list with your phone number, so any calls like this are completely illegal within 31 days of the complaint.

701-456-3703 called me in Toronto on Oct 25/07. Caller (male, Indian accent) said he was from Specialty Travel (they have a website) in Ft. Lauderdale.

He said I have a $500 credit based on $500 I had paid towards a vacation 2 year ago (what vacation 2 years ago?). And, that the $500 could be put towards a new holiday in the next 18 months. All I had to do was give him my credit card number for a $99 down-payment. (Hey, can't they take $99 out of that supposed credit I have!?)

I let him drone on for a few minutes, letting him add to his long distance charges. I even asked him to repeat stuff. Then I hung up. They get annoyed when you waste their time. Sometimes I put them on hold, if its a scammer. (I'm not mean to the legit telemarketers)

Like, who wouldn't miss $500 they had overpaid on something? Ya, right. I recorded part of the call, but am not sure what I might use it for.

This man with an Indian accent calls to tell me I charged my MasterCard $498.00 back on September 19, 2004 for a trip to the Bahamas etc. I told him I did not authorize this charge and to send me the money. He said he couldn't do that that it has been three years. He said use it or lose it. I said again I didn't authorize this payment. He said to call Master charge and check with them and he would call in three days. Checked with master charge and told them this sounds like a scam but they said they would send me the statements back from September 2004 by UPS.I checked my receipts and did not find this charge anywhere. First of all I did not have a cell phone back then so how did they get my number and name. This business needs to be put out of business and the people who run it, need to go to jail. Hopefully I will not get charged a fee on my cell phone as a result of them calling with this whole waste of time scam. I will dispute the bill. Let's serve them(him) papers from the judicial court.

i keep getting calls from this number 1st time they called i was like this is a scam and indian lady was like no this no scam. hung up. i usually answer and play along for a little bit and hang up. hoping they get the idea. next time that indian lady calls im gonna really screw with her. ask her if she likes it in the butt and dirty and nasty stuff like that and same if its the guy. sometimes these retartds amuse me

I received the same call 5 diffrent times,  Trying to upgrade ny dish network.  i asked for info in the mail this was stated to be a 1day only thing,  thay then has a supervisor call me to try to sell me on this offer, in between the calls I called dish network.  This is not a valid offer. this number dose not come up for thier telamarketers, after 5 calls the last one @ 10 pm I files a scam complanit with my local sheriff's office. If I want to talk with india I will call india

Ok, this guy with an Indian accent calls us offering Dish Network services at a low price, there's no harm in listening, right? WRONG!  I wasted my time trying to get rid of this guy, he wouldn't take "No" for an answer, I was calm at first, since I had seen on t.v. that companies have started to use people from other countries to offer services, I was like "Ok, this guy is just trying to feed his family", but then he started to raise his voice at me, sarcastically asking me if I understood English, I found this quite hilarious at first and then I finally got it, who in their right mind would treat you so badly when being discourteous means putting their job on the line, and then he told me that he was going to let his supervisor speak to me, well, it went from discourteous to outright rude, he told me that Dish network wouldn't want me as their customer since I was a "St*p*d customer" and then he hung up on me, well I wasted some of my "free" time, but at least I'm satisfied knowing that he as well wasted his "working" time with me, if that's what scammers think they're doing, and hopefully his phone call won't turn out to be too cheap, the only thing I regret was being so polite to him even after he was so rude, too bad I didn't get a chance to tell him to get a REAL job and that while he might think my understanding of English is so crude he should take a moment to listen to himself, but oh well, coming from him, it means nothing except a good laugh.  Really sad to see that the world is like this today. **Sorry for length**

called me twice in one hours time span on 7/27/07.insisted i had a $400 & second call a $500 credit from a vacation deposit.had indian accents.first caller was a male, second caller was a female.insisted i should not hang up on them.i did lose my temper with them and told them i was reporting them.my number is on the do not call list.

I've received calls about once a day since the 14th when I purchased a new phone.  It's usually followed or proceeded by a call from the number blocked.  I'm registered with the do not call registry.  next call will result in an FCC complaint
