Same message as everyone else. Please PLEASE report them to the Atty General and FTC. Law enforcement really is tying to crack down on these scams- and they have shut some of them down. Don't hesitate- they are illegal and need to be reported

They are calling my cell and my office numbers. They have even called my elderly father. I called them back twice. They couldnt pull me up by the case number or my cell number yet they are calling me on it. This is pure harrassment and it is going to stop. Nice to see I am not the only one being
victimized by this scam.

Got calls yesterday from 701-491-7 802, today they called from 574-968-8331. Always leaving messages on Voice Mail.

Company calling saying I have two charges filed against me in my county.  Said summons would be delivered to my place of employment.  I called them back.  Said "Hello Scammer how are you today?".  For some reason they did not like that.  Got mad at me.  I called several times. Got bounced to different people.  One lady said she was the only one who could help me.  I think it is the voice of Layly Gordon on the recorded message I go with the original scam message.  She wanted the ID number I was given.  Couldn't remember but gave her my name ... nothing more.  She said there were more than one person in her data base with my name.  Read me some junk about another guy in Minnesota. Said she would dissasociate my name from the calls.  Blocked them through my cell phone company but today they call me again from a number in another state. Same lady's voice same message.  The two numbers are 701-491-7802 and 574-968-8331. May have to go to local police to see what action can be taken.  Kept one of their recorded messages to play for police.

These sre the numbers to be aware of 701-491-7802....781-925-4606.....212-786-5453.....these are non legitimate companies calling to scam you...PLEASE BEWARE!

Got this crazy call as well.  Confused. What the hell.  Received no information prior to this call.

I just received my third call from this number within a week leaving the same recorded message from a woman about fraudulent charges from cash net. They won't quit. (She). The recording is the same voice as previous calls. She says it's the "summons and processing division or visa-versa). Either way enough a enough...

I got the same call saying I was going to be served at work or at home. They also called my boyfriends cell phone. They need to leave me alone. This is a big scam.

They call and she there was chargers agasint me and calling my work. And hassing. Me just a recording saying those things

Just got call from 701-491-7802 with same message as everyone else. I don't have any outstanding debts and for a second I wondered wth is going on then I googled this and learned it was/is a scam. I will try to block the number but in the meantime thanks for sharing the information. Thank G-d for the internet where we can all share information/experiences.

today I got a phone call on my wife's phone leaving a message saying there was 2 fraudulent charges in my county. called back the number of 701-491-7802 a guy named mr. Monroe  said it's from cash net USA from 2007. it's fraudulent charges and wouldn't give me exactly who they were or who they worked for. they just said they were the legal department. legal department of what. he gave a case number to me. I looked the number up on several websites and it showed a landline and a cell phone. it was both. I told them I was going to notify department of justice and the attorney generals office about them and he hung up on me.

The economy is already bad enough, I just don't understand how you could just call someone and leave a recorded message stating that you have fraud charges counted against you and that they will summons you to court.  

I am not saying that I don't owe maybe a payday loan from back in the day, but that is a long time ago.  Why are you coming to me now about it, and why haven't I received a call or letter from you stating that I owe such a bill.

I got a call at 12pm they left a detailed voicemail saying I have 2 charges in my county and will be served at home or work they left me a case #.  I called them back guy answers the ohne "Legal Department" I gave him my "case #" he asked me what my name is....I said UM you should have my name IF i have a case # he got ALL defensive started yelling telling me I have a law suit being filed against me for an online payday loan from cashnet from 2007, he said I did not pay them back so they are suing my for $415.00 and to avoid being sued I could pay him LOL.  I told him I have NEVER taken a payday loan out and he is full of **** and DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN he started yelling "PAY YOUR BILLS"  I googled the # and see several people are getting similar calls.  It comes up as Farg ND on my cell.

I got the phone call too... and they said that we were going to be sued... I called back and the lady gave me her name as Tammy Johnson.. now she picks up and its Anna. They are stupid...They had all of our info. bank account info, dl# ss#. everything;

Got the same call.  If they were really doing their homework on the numbers that they harrass they would know that Louisiana has Parish's and not Count'y.  The sad thing is that some people get scared from these tactics and call them and get suckered into giving them money.

Telling me I have 2 fraudulent charges being filed on me in my county. My SS# and DL# has been linked. I needed to call them immediately to discuss the charges or I would be going to jail. Naturally, I call back and they keep putting me on hold. While I was on hold w/ the they called my cell phone and left me the same message!!!!! DO NOT answer this phone # or 530-238-5813

You cannot summons someone on a civil issue without it first going through civil court and than the summons would come on a collection issue

These persons are scammers. Please file a complaint w/the FTC immediately. their other exchange is 701-491-7808. this is a group of vulgar persons who claim to represent a legal department but combined I doubt any of them have a high school diploma. the way it's been explained to me: a call system from India or Caribbean makes the outgoing call. when you call back you're calling to persons who relocate because they're hiding from law enforcement. they've stolen your information.

however, please do not pay them, this is part of a nationwide scam that law enforcement nationwide is aware of. advise the caller you're aware the call is fraud and immediately report them to FTC. their number should be disabled shortly thereafter to prevent persons from being scared enough to pay these scammers.

they can't provide you with an address. the name of their company is fake, in this case, claims it's "Goldman & Associates" and they'll never provide you with any documentation whatsoever but expect a person to provide their banking information over the phone which will be used by who knows whom.

Got the same call from this tn# and 603-296-2286. I am going to file a complaint with the FTC; I am VERY aware that Debt collectors CANNOT call you and threaten you with criminal charges because you didnt pay a bill!!! It's not Fraud and certainly not any other sort of criminal act - it's simply not paying your debt. I have contacted my atty as well that will be handling this company and it's illegal business practices. Funny thing is....I have good credit and dont owe anyone.

I've just begun getting calls from this same phone number with the same complaints as others.  Previously they were calling from 603-296-2286 ( Goldman & Asssociates) who they claimed were a law office and group of debt collectors.  That phone number was registered in New Hampshire.  I filed a complaint with that states AG office.  Now I see that I will have to file with the FTC.

I got the same call. I called the FCC. They handle phone scams. there # is 1-877-382-4357. They will put them in jail on several federal charges.

I keep getting the same calls, I thought once we turned them in for harassment and not following the laws on do not call lists, the FCC and DA's could do something. What give!!!! the number that keeps calling me is 701- 491-7802. I consider this a threat call.

I have recieved two calls from these people saying I have been summoned fir fraud in my county according to my name and social security number. They never give a name. And threaten to serve me at work or home???,I didn't know what to think but I was irritated until I found this and it's happening to others as well. I have blocked their numbers. But they call from other numbers,, so irritating.

Just received the same type of call from this number and I work in the Court system and it was my Court number. Scam. I will work to have blocks put on by our IS department if it recurs.

I received another call from these people.  Always the same scam.  Two or more fraud counts against me will be filed in my county.  Threaten to serve summons at work or home.  Real process servers give you no warning.  Just went through getting my credit report cleaned up so I know they have nothing to threaten me with at this time.  Therefore I know it is a total scam.  SO, I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission's web site as a caller violating the fair debt collection practices act.  It may do no good but I feel better.
