I also have received multiple calls from this number, threatening that I had a case against me, charges against my social security number, and that I had 2 hours to call back or action would be taken against me, and I would be served or arrested at my home or place of work. I do have some minor debts following a year of illness, but am working with all of my creditors to get everything paid back and am in good standing with everyone. This has to be a scam! I am also receiving calls from 2 other numbers, same tactics, different (recorded) voices.

this number has been calling me about a bill i supposedly owe the calls will not stop the have threatened me and are saying they are filing a civil complaint on me in my state for fraud activity committed by me so my state attorney generals office sent me paper work in the mail i have filled out and mailed back ...these people are very unprofessional and there is no garuntee this is my bill they keep calling me by a previous name i have ask them to send me a bill in the mail and they say they can not do so only by email...smells like a scam to me....also when u do reverse phone number look up on the number it comes up as a cell phone or mobile....

Similar threatening phone call, my phone number belonged to a church that went away leaving debts, told the person I talked to about the error, she promised to take my number off the account. Two days later, another threatening message. Another promise to take my number off the account. Glad to know it's a scam, if they call again I'll report them to the state atty general's office & block the number.

This # goes to a quasi-collection agency in North Dakota that uses questionable tactics in an attempt to collect on debts real or perceived.  It is always advisable to enter into debt carefully and pay the debts that you owe.  Debts are not like a fine wine that will get better with age? you should work closely with your creditors when you have a problem and can?t pay your debts.  Never, never, never and when in doubt, never provide personal information of any type to someone you don?t know on the phone, internet or even in person.  
A real good clue in this case is the recording verse a live person... Almost every debt collection agency will contact you in person and they don't need you to give them any personal information.  They will already have everything they need about you from when you made the initial transaction that incurred the debt.

Scam number one, went to a doctor to start a personal physician. I have blue cross blue shield ..... Got a bill for blood test $1305   Bcbs paid some, my part was $690 WTF?  You have to understand tn lawmakers. They offer NO protection for residents. Just corporations......anyhow, I don't pay thieves. I do something else to them (wink wink)....  And so, I have since left my firm and left the company phone, so I'm sure these jerks have called my last company which I hoped to go back to work for when my dad dies......  Obviously a black woman.  I'm just saying that because of her accent , it sounds like thre might just be a lone black woman calling. Not a bigot, just saying that to help identify the company. She said "I am with the Summons and Process department. I need to verify place of employment so that we can legally serve you on the property. You have lost your right to settle directly with the company ? It was actually a pretty good scam sound until the end she said "good luck on court".........  Check it out. Let's say I work for the tennessse summons and whatever department. You think I'm gonna say something stupid and or rude right there at the end? Instantly knew it was a scam. You know, when you go to see a doctor and he's gonna do something that going to cost you $1305 , don't you think that should be made known to you first........  The doctor ripped me off, blue cross left me hanging and the Tennessee legislature offers me no protection against any of this....... It's just a hit on my credit . Anybody that would pay the people at this number are foolish. I guarantee it won't even come off of the credit report....GUARANTEE IT...... YOUD DO THE SAME THING THROWING MONEY OUT THE WINDOW OF YOUR CAR......

Keep getting calls and voice mail from this numbers saying that legal actions are proceeding against me. I know it's a scam but I want the calls to stop. It's everyday, several times a day! What can I do?

These people have called my phone more than 20 times and have left numerous messages that are not for me or anyone that I know.  I have called them on three different occasions and told them to remove my number but they keep calling.  When I called tonight I was threatened and told that if I ever called back I would be arrested for harassment and thrown in jail.

These people need to get a life.  What a scam

They called me four times over the past two days saying I fraud ed cash call and another lending firm which I filed bankruptcy six months ago have no debt and I never even used them services all my bills were medical how can I stop them from calling both my cell and home phone

Received the same call about an old debt with Capital One. The debt is well over seven years old and no longer on my credit report. I called this number and "Michelle" said Capital One filed a civil complaint....which is laughable. They've sold this debt and no longer have a right to collect on it. Awful scare tactics and illegal. I told Michelle that I wanted a cease and desist and she got all confrontational. I asked politely who else I could talk to, she said "hold on" and then hung up. Definitely a scam.

Got this called from Fargo, ND (701-491-7812) with a recorded man's voice saying that someone is officially filed a complaint against me.  They wanted me to call me with the court complaint number they left.  This is a SCAM.  Please file with local police and FBI asap.  DO NOT give you any of your personal information.  I hope the FBI will be able to catch these people soon!!!

This # and 816-399-5684, told the female that answered my call that my # is on the "Do Not Call Registry" and not to call again. Filing an online complaint with FCC. Also told her to have me served, this way I know who I can counter sue, debt attorneys/3rd party debt collectors it doesn't matter. Mis-information/accusations and threats of being arrested if you don't call them is a criminal act. All detailed information I can acquire will be forwarded to my states attorneys office.

It is a scam. They are trying to scare you into calling back.  Report them!!!

Threatening calls that I going to be arrested for fraud. First I looked up number and that brought me to here. The call originates from Bismark, North Dakota. Made several attempts at various times of the day and never get a human always a machine. I have posted this number as SCAM ALERT on FB and all other social networks. Reporting to local authorities and FBI.  

I just received a called from those unprofessional idiots. The lady said that I will be prosecuted for Capitol One account that I had through Bally's back in 2002 and its not on my credit report any longer.

Got call saying they were in charge of a claim from Capital One, my credit card was when I was 18 over 12 years ago and it was charged off years ago as well. It is no longer on my credit report, let alone the card was only 200 dollars. Also the to ghetto chick that I talked to could not give me a employee id number and the company they claim they work for is not valid. I called Capitol One myself to check this out and they said my SS number name etc. is not even any longer in there system and it is not a legit company and do not give them any money or bank info.

Both home phone & hubby cell phone getting calls from this number as well as others. Different name than ours, "bad check", call work, file with State Attorney, "lose all our rights", etc. SCAM!!!
