Hi. i have an android too...is that an app or do you need to go to your carrier provider to set the call control system up?

I have no idea who's calling from this number because they did not leave a message.

called left no message, when i called back it said it was a non working number

Just got a call ... "recently sent you information about your credit card" -- never said what the card was. And it came to my cell phone which I rarely give out.

Have no idea who they are, they didn't leave a message. From all the posts here looks like someone using the number posing as different people...what idiots they are ! I blocked then with ' Call Control' for my android phone...works great !

Just called me, no one was on the line then I heard a series of beeps. Weird.

Missed this call; have no idea. Glad to know not to bother. Irritating.

I am reporting them to the local police department now, they tried to get me into a payment plan for my credit card debt, but I have none.

Called from a company "authorized by your credit card company to decrease your interest rate".  Hung up after that...

This number called my cell phone at 8:30am, woke me from a sound sleep to hear some stupid recorded stuff. Sorry don't know what it said, because I hung up. I don't owe anything that's overdue, so I believe this may have been a marketing attempt, but I really do not know.
    I now have this number added to "Call Control" a program that can block any number I choose from ever calling me again on my android cell phone.

March 20, 2012; Recorded female voice stating they are working with "your credit card companies to lower your interest rate to 1%".  Didn't show a name on my CELL phone,.

Did some searching and the same number came up online and one comment was that it came into their home phone as "Procedures".  Interesting how they did call my home phone on the 15th of March and the name was Procedures.  Didn't leave any message.  But the number came in as 701-264-5459.

Unfortunately, I think they are the people who enticed my mother to sign up, give them $900 and the numbers to all her credit cards.  Just found that out yesterday.  Now I have to figure what the !@#$ is really going on.  I'd like to shoot these people.

Message on my cell from 701-509-8026. Same story. This is the second such I've had in 2 days. I'm on the US do not call list and didn't register on the Canadian one. I'm reporting this one too to the FCC.

called at 1:26pm pst didnt anwer. they didnt leave a msg. the caller id says its a number from north dakota

a automated voice to sell home security system and press a number if you're not home right now but using your cell phone, and another number to press to remove from the list.  i didn't press anything just hung up.  where did they get my CELL number??  those people can't be trusted.

Prerecorded call from a "Rick Johnson" like he was calling me back about a credit card.  Press 1 if you're still interested.  NO!

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer because 1: I don't have the minutes on my phone. 2: I didn't know who they were.

Heres a tip. Pay a few dollars for a reverse lookup service. find their info and post it here. For every cellphone these people call with a pre-recorded dialer they violate a law allowing us all to sue for $1200 American dollars per call. Help yourself, help me, help everyone else sue these sons a bi****s til they can't afford to keep a phone in service to call with.

Rec'd call on my cel from this number.  Recorded caller posed as someone I'd talked to in the past re: debt relief.  I have never sought this from anyone

every day I get a least one nuisance call.  If I don't recognize the number or at least the area code I don't even pick up.  This is illegal.  They should not call our cell phones.

Just got a call from them. As you all said, I called back, pressed 1 and was supposedly taken off the list.

Received automated message about credit card, waiting for an important call at the time; they should not place unwanted calls as they are not appreciated.
