I'm really pist off couse I keep on getting calls form this number and I press #2 to be taken off the calling list and they keep calling. so i press #1 to talk to someone and ask to be taken off the calling list then they hang up on me.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  Once I answered and got an automated service and chose the "remove me from future calls" option.  Still got calls.  Once I answered and got a live person and went off about how disgusted I am to continue receiving calls from them and to please stop.  Now, they call again, on 4/22/11.  I ignored the call, but whoever this is did not leave a message.  I hope they are reading this site and see here that I have just been WAITING for them to call again because they are getting reported to the National Do Not Call Registry TODAY.  I know that as of 4/22 I had been on the registry more than 31 days.

Please read Frank's note also dated 4-25-11.  That's the way to put an end to these harassing calls. You can report them to the FTC or ignore the calls and they'll still call. But hit the people who they sell the leads to and you'll make real progress.  They called me on behalf of Legal Helpers.

Notifying the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY does not work.  They do not enforce Federal Law as they are required to do.

I was receiving these calls several months ago from North Dakota, and it appears they are starting again today.  I had contacted the North Dakota State Attorney Generals office about it months ago, and they said the calls are FRAUDELENT and are coming from CALIFORNIA.  The criminals are using phone switching equipment to make the calls look like they are coming from South Dakota, when they are actually from California.

I block these calls with my Time Warner online blocking capability, but the Criminals have many phone numbers they are using and they will switch over to the other numbers.

BEST BET IS NOT TO ANSWER THESE CALLS.

I'm on the Do Not Call registry - both land and cell; I still get these calls.

DON"T ANSWER.  Recognized the number from a call on Friday--a recording with a financial pitch to save me.  Yeah.  Today I answered, said nothing, listened.  Silence...call over.  Someone is getting paid to provide the numbers, someone is getting paid to route these calls.  Better  NOT TO ANSWER  them.  Foils the game.  Though they'll get a new outbound and try again, they will continue to fail.

I used to work for a company like this. It could be a legit company, but their marketing tactics are harrassing. If you want to find out who they are say you want more info on how to get rid of the debt, they will then transfer you to the company they are marketing for.... Get all the information on the company as if you wanted to sign up, and than report them to your District Attourneys office.

Called my cell phone just now.  My cell is for ers only and is a prepaid.  I hardly use it and never give out the number.   They didn't leave a message.

Made an unintelligible message then hung up.

Got a call from this number to my Skype-Out virtual phone number. I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

They left a msg saying they were a data compiler from Google regarding my number for business purposes.
