FURNITURE SCAMMER

Who are these people?

It turns my stomach to think that someone would intentionally and knowingly scam people like this apparently was.  It also turns my stomach that the Federal Reserve (no more federal than Federal Express) is scamming us every day.  It's disgusting to me that most of our income taxes go straight to privately owned banks to pay the interest on our national debts.

They will open another one...
This is their job...
They probably had before the name like <<House Furniture Outlet .com>> and moved now to a new name...
They will "sale" a few dozens of sets by the bargain price and move to the new name again...
They may even have a small warehouse or a storage somewhere there with one each set from their site - so IF they will be nailed by FBI - it will be just a bad customer service on sending the merchandise to the customer and not a BIG time Federal wire fraud... So - they may not even face the jail time - not even a court...just bad customer service...

Purchased via GreenDotMoneyPak $500 swingset.  Natalie is the only contact.  Received one email from them with her name.  Phone # is bad and now the website is down.  I filed a BBB report.  I hope they find the people behind this and put them in a third world country jail where they are raped and tourtured.

Michelle I filed a complaint with the bbb and they gave me a case # to check up on and if they hear something they will let me know or vice versa.  I also filed a complaint with green dot and they have talked to me also,  It was interesting I put another order in and issued the # from my first purchase and they sent me an error in payment giving me all these instructions and I replied to them about my first order #, so I will see if they reply to that.

I feel sorry for that family that got the bad phone #.   Hopefully they are also filing a complaint.  Michelle I didn't file with GreenDot let me know if they respond to you and I will also file with them also.
Check my earlier email for contact info.  I'm out 500 dollars, the sad part is I was buying this for our neighborhood park and I just lost there money.

Michelle I sent a message to the BBB of MN, ND and the guy got back to me and said that the info he checked out onsalefurnituredepot on the internet suggested that this maybe an online entity, and suggest that I file an complaint with the BBB at www.bbb.org.  The fellow that responded back to me was Dan Hendrickson

Filed a report wih he FTC and the FBI today.  Wait and see if I  get any responses from anyone.

I think the local police - is not the best way unless you will tell them EXACT name, driver license number and address.
This should be qualify as a Federal wire or mail fraud.
FBI - who should get into this kind of business investigation.
These kind of sites if not prosecuted could shoot down all e-business.

Did go on the BBB website and it shows no record of the company under this name.  I did file a complaint.  Also filed a complaint with Green Dot.  Tomorrow will be calling the Fargo, ND police department to file a report.

The phone number listed on the domain registration site (701-540-2061)is a wrong phone #. Called it and found out it belongs to a very ticked off family that started getting calls for this furniture site a few weeks ago. They say that until they started getting all the calls they had never heard of it. How do we get our money back? Is there an FTC site or someplace that we can file complaints with?

I am in the exact situation.  Ordered a swingset and paid with Green Dot, the order said it was processed on 10/30/2010.  Have left emails and phone calls and no repsonse.  Also, my order summary yesterday stated that no order has been placed.  $540.00 flushed down the toilet, seriously???  Who can we contact?

I ordered the tree house set, yes I did think it was to good to be true, It has been 2 weeks since they received my money and I haven't heard a thing except in my account it says shipping in progress.  Tonight I can 't even get into my ordering history.  I just happened to find this site and now I'm sick that the to good to be true is a scam,  If by chance I should get my play set I will let you know. Pissed in MN.

It was just an e-mail - very fast - just a few hours later - response to the craigslist' request. After that - everything became quiet. They are just waiting for the GreenDot money...

Same circumstance and I do not trust this site. Went to BBB of Fargo,ND (Onsalefurniture's business listing) and they were not very helpful. BBB has no record and I'm not sure who to contact next to get this site shut down if it's not legit. Going to Angie's List next then the FTC is my next "go to" reference. What did this Natalie Ramberg say when she called back? We need to get stuff like this off the sites if there is fraud involved.

Went to the site - there was different furniture, but also too good deal.
Tried to contact them via phone or e-mail - no luck.
They requested to pay with GreenDot money for the furniture - like a money order. I did not. This side has been registered @ 6/8/2010.
Why do I feel like www.onsalefurnituredepot.com is a scam?

I have been trying to get an answer also with no luck. They want you to send money via green dot money pak. That is a sure way to loose your money, it is just like sending cash.
Wish they were legit. Undoubtably not!!

I've had the same luck. I think I am going to file it in the "If it sounds to good to be true..." category.

Wondering the same thing.. I see a bed I want. But the price is sooo cheap I'm nerves. I sent a email asking for EIN# and company name. No response.

this is supposaly a number to a on line sale furniture store, but no one ever answers.  Is it leagit?
