Just got two calls today from these bastxxds 701-625-5007 the first time no 1 answered but rite after i got a call from 406-224-9172 which i think is the same ppl... its hella annoying i wish i knew how to stop these calls which I get all the time to my cell phone!

Harrassment in it's simplest form.  Press 1 to speak to one of our representatives and when you do all you get is a message to leave your name and phone number.  I want to report them for calling my cell phone or at least be able to block them but they keep using different originating phone numbers (as someone mentioned already).

Call from 701-625-5007. This is the third call this week. Usually around 10:00 am. Never leaves a message.

these guys are the classic phone slamming, lowlife, creeps that hide their identities so they can't easily be busted.  they have called my house no fewer than 100 times over the last 3 months...sunday nights...4 am on weekdays...unreal.  and, here's the kicker, i have no credit card debt...and they reference a different "acct number" each time.

i will find out who is the person or people behind this...if anyone beats me to it, please share...i will take it right to our public utilities commisison and have them shut down.

Is there anyway to obtain the name of a person calling from a cell phone without having to pay for the look-up service?  Caller ID shows that an unknown caller is calling from ND.  This number appeared twice on my caller ID.  Any suggestions?

I've done some research on this number with the state Attorney Generals office. It is actually originating in California from a Pacific Telecom number.

They have a list of numbers from other states that they "ghost".  In other words, they spoof the caller ID system and the phone system in general into thinking that they are someone else.

Call the California Attorney General office at 213 897 2000 and file the complaint there.  If they ask why you are calling them, tell them that the calls are from a Pacific Telecom number.

What kind of lowlife scum harasses people in their homes on a Sunday night with some blather about mortgage financing.  Since it is Sunday and a day for prayer, may we pray that the good Lord will curse and damn these nuisances to eternal hell where they receive phone solicitation calls every five minutes forever!

Got a call from this number today at 8:48am. I called the number back and the auto voice said to press 1 to opt out of future promotional calls and have my number taken off the call list. Funny thing is that my phone number is a business number. ??????? The people listed above should redial the number and have their number's removed from the list. Don't be surprised if this company uses many other numbers to dial you. I've seen other numbers that have been reported and pretty much was the same office. Good luck.

I have done that every time they call and leave them voice messages and they still call atleast 3 times a week

This telemarketer called a number on the "Do Not Call" list. It was a recorded message for mortgage loan modification.

New scam,  they used this number as a "National Enrollment plan for health unsurance.  Someone named Martin answered the phone, sounded like an ingorant idiot.  My number is on that national do not call list, and I wasnted to speak to a supervisor, and he hung up on me.

I tried that....they still, just not as often. I get the same recording from about 10 different numbers.

The number calls a couple of times per day with a recording about modifying your home loan.  It gives the option of choosing 1 to talk with someone who never picks up or 9 to be removed from the list.  I have selected 9 but the calls continue to come in.  They are calling our business number.  Very annoying!

I just got out of the hospital and this morning received two calls within less than 30 minutes.  I don't feel well and I really need some sleep.  So much for getting better. I guess I'll have to shut my phone down and if I have an emergency, I guess I'm SOL!

The national registry do not call list does absolutely nothing to these people. There's to many scrammers out there for them to control.  You could ask the authorities to put a tracer on your phone so you can log the calls, numbers etc.  and when the authorities consider it harassment they could file legal charges against them....if they're in the same state (hahah...what are those changes).

Note:  I am going through a foreclosure period in my life.  I believe that because of it I am not receiving lots of calls such as this one that is willing to screw my life even more for money that I do not have!

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST so why do these companies keep calling?

Got this number calling my work today saying our property is in default even though IT"S NOT. Caller id says Loan Mod Dept and when I pressed one to speak with someone I "got the desk of Eugene Goldman" and was asked to leave name, number and address. When I attempted to call back, "number unavailable". THIS IS A SCAM. This person is preying on the victims of the foreclosure market, making random calls and counting on those actually in default to contact him. I just googled this guy's name and found the thread here, just wanted to let others know.

This number called my landline (S.FL) on 1/3/2011 at 7:33pm. They did not leave a message, of course, and the caller ID says Unknown Name.

said they wanted to help me settle my IRS tax debt. and even gave it a number 5 digits that I did not get to write down. press one if you do not have a debt and 5 to talk to someone.pressed 1 we'll see how long it takes before they call back

Keeps calling- even when you call back and press the appropriate number end future calls- they keep calling- how do you get this crap to stop?

This company is parasite, won't get off my phone!
I signed my phone on do not call list, but they still call.
They call 5-10 times in strait. I called back to press 1 if I do not wish to get calls but I did that several times. it doesn't make any changes.
How can I complain to this?
