My wife was getting these  calls. She started answering the phone and laying it down without saying anything. Check within about 30 seconds and they will have probably have hung up. Within two days the calls stopped.

Broken-English speaker clearly not from North Dakota. Wanted to know if we have a diabetic in the house. Since we're on the federal do-not-call list, this phone call is a felony.

When I asked the name of company, she gave a completely different answer than in her greeting. When I said I couldn't understand her (background was very noisy, clearly a boiler-room operation) she hung up.

Called an hour ago, hung up on me. Called back, company is Diabetic Alliance, wanted personal health information from me. Their customer service no. is 866 962-3577. Located in Columbia, SC, but caller ID says Martin, ND. Clear violation of Do Not Call registry. Filed a complaint at donotcall.gov

They have called three times in the last few days.  I did not pick up, but let the answering machine take the call.  Sounded like a busy room in India.  After a minute of not me picking up the phone, a woman started singing a song about "seduction" (that was the only word my wife and I could understand from the message).  Very strange and unprofessional.

Called me three times today not leaving any messages.  I love this website!

Called my cell phone.  Hung up when I answered.  My number is on the do not call registry too (has been for a while).

Called twice yesterday. I didn't answer as Caller ID showed "Important Call".  Oh really?
They hung up after about 3 rings.
I am on the Do Not Call list and am constantly getting 800 calls-I never answer.
I also block the calls when they call repeatedly.

Just called again, caller ID says important call, foreign speaking man says he is with
Bio Medical service -could not understand him.
 I googled, they are based in NOrth Dakota.
I will not answer again...

I've received 3 calls in less than 4 hours this morning!  Caller ID reads "Important Call"...yeah right!  All 3 times they (a different rep each time) have said, "Hello!  Mrs. Randall?"  No, you have the wrong number...they hang up.

The last call, I told them that they've already called twice, and that I've told them they are calling the wrong number or that Mrs. Randall gave them a false number on purpose, they immediately hang up.

The next one that calls, I'm asking for their supervisor before I tell them that I'm not Mrs. Randall.

Called numerous times.  Never leaves a message.

They called me like 5 times today. when I finally called back said the number was not in service.

Received calls from them today to my cell, first at 10:17 then again at 12:31.  Didn't answer (phone was on silent), no message was left.  If they call again I'm reporting them.

Received a call or calls on my cell phone (multiple calls from a caller are not listed) at 8:36am PDT this morning.  I am on the Do Not Call list, as most others that reported this.

Received a call from 701-625-5558 4 times today and they say nothing. Just Silence.

Would like to have thse unwanted calls to me stopped ----how do I do that---these people never leave a message so I know it is not urgent.  The caller ID says Important call.  Iwant to stop these annoying calls to stop!!!!!!

I called this number back. Automated operator came in with "this call is disconnected or no longer in service. Yet they called me an hour ago & 5 times before) Other numbers: 877-866-9272 (Diabetic Resource Group. Please leave your name & number & someone will contact you shortly); 800-788-5202 (all circuits busy on this one; next time put on hold-a customer svc rep would be with you shortly-nice music, tho' :)-called Life Quality Pharmacy). I guess they just switch numbers & keep calling. How can we put a stop to this madness.
I returned another number 601-385-4180. A lady answered, "Hello". After I paused, she came back with "Diabetic Something-or-other. How may I help you." I told her my husband had received calls from a bunch of numbers & had told them he was not interested & to not call. Then she said, "I can take your number off our company's list." I told her please.....and thank you. We'll see.

got the call at 12:49 and said it was an urgent call went out and call back number disconnected ... The number is 701 625 5558

please stop calling my number. 701 625 5558   I refuse to speak with peoplewho speak with an India accent where English is a second language.

This is a repeating offender who has been told time and time again not to call my number and when asking to speak to the supervisor they always hang up.

You're answer isn't completely accurate. True survey groups' calls generally do not fall within the scope of the DNC law because they do not ask for personally identifiable information (eg. name, DOB, SSN, etc.). MARKETING  surveys frequently ask for personally identifiable information which makes the call a telephone solicitation call.

If you look more closely at the definition of a "telephone solicitation call", it not only includes a solicitation for the sale of a consumer good or service but also includes obtaining information with which a subsequent solicitation/sale may be made.

As examples, true survey calls might ask such things as how many hours/day does your family watch television, do you think the government is leading the US in the right direction, etc. No personally information is obtained, only demographic information that can be aggragated for statistical reporting. On the other hand, a marketing survey that asks if you have thin or bald spots in your yard, indications of poor flower/tree growth, etc. and asks for your address/phone number clearly can lead to a subsequent solicitation call for lawn services.

The laws are based upon the apparant intent of the call and not only if the caller says it's a survey. Not all so-called survey calls are exempted from the DNC law's provisions.

Repeated calls from this number at various times of the day and night

I get the same calls. One day within 2 hours I got 6 calls from them. They want your Medicare number which is your SS #. I reported them to the FCC and then my Attorney General. The calls stopped for two weeks. Now they are using  a different number to harrass me!

We've had two calls from this number today. When I asked them to stop calling they hung up on me. I've made two reports to the Do Not Call list, and I will report each call. I want these people out of business.

this person hard to understand called me dishmore then what my name really is and how in world does this person no I am a mrs miss or ms  so I just hung up on them I would love them not to call me any more I try to ignore thier calls but they call so many times a day it could be harsament

Now "Important Call" shows up on my caller i.d. which, of course, immediately made me suspicious so I didn't answer it.

I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Remove my number please.
