IDK KNOW but i keep getting these forking calls! Its starting to piss me off. I've never answered but somethings fishy about "Winning a security system" over the phone. They might as well say: "CONGRATS! YOU HAVE WON A SECURITY SYSTEM! now just gimme ur address so we can install it!"

I didn't answer because it was an out of town prefix.

Just robocalled me with "a message for the diabetic in your home"  -- how did they know about the leather-clad Sex-Gimp I keep in my basement?

This is a scam, DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!

Called my cellphone at 3:00 am. I live in Oklahoma so how did this North Dakota number get my number? I didn't answer so i don't know what they wanted.

I received a call to my cellphone from 701.661.1096.
No one would acknowledge when I said "hello, who's calling?".  Just silence, so I hung up.

I KEEP GETTING THIS CALL NO ONE ANSWERS...I READ IN A PREVIOUS POST THAT ITS TIME WARNER CABLE...THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE SINCE IM A CUSTOMER FROM THEM...THEY ALWAYS CALL WHEN IM AT WORK...EITHER WAY MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO BLOCK THEM OR JUST IGNORE THEM...

Just got a call from this number.  Thank you for this site to know that it is a bogus call.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone.  Similar to first post above.  They left a message and said something about lowering my interest rate to 1.9 percent.

Got a call, no message. I am going to block the number.

Just got a call on my cell from this number. Didn't answer let voicemail get it. No message. Call back it doesn't ring, nobody answer it just picks up and stays silent as if its taunting me.

This is related with Time Warner selling the database of numbers they install, I just upgraded to triple play with them and prank calls started, from ADT to Newspapers, it's TWC guilty!

I just got a call on my cellphone from this number. They never said anything I live in texas and 701 is North Dakota whats the deal I use my phone for work I dont have time to play there games.

When the call comes in you can't hang up. It takes a few minutes and only at that time can I use my phone again. The message was about diabetic supplies, which does not apply to anyone inV my home.

Just called my cell. No message

Number called my cellphone;  I did not pick it up.  It left an automated voicemail prompting me to speak to a representative about a "digital security system."  Suffice to say I deleted the message.

Called at 3:14pm EST.  I did not recognize the number so I did not answer; no message left.

Same number has been calling me and I don't answer, am also on the do not call list.
What else can we do to block their repeated calls?

I get the exact same message that you do confused.  I tried multiple times to speak to a actual person and if you say anything other than "Yes" They will hang up on you.  Its really irritating.  Worst of all its multiple different phone numbers who call with the same message so there's no good way to block them.

I received a call from this number.  The recording said "this is a public service message letting you know you can become debt free for free.  The laws have recently changed to protect the consumer.  Press 1 to get information on how to completely wipe-out your unsecured debt, credit cards, medical bills, auto repossessions, personal loans, student loans.  Anything can be wiped out. Press 1 to speak to a counselor. Press 2 to be removed from the list."  If I select 2 then I continue to receive calls.  If I press 2 I get the following message, "Your being connected to a live operator.  Please enjoy the music for just a moment while the connection is completed." After listened to elevator music someone comes on and says, "Would you like more information?"  I always ask what company is calling and I'm immediately hung up on.  My local BBB has received numerous complaints about them.  They call from various numbers/area codes.

A clearly recorded message; something about low rates, so I hung up.  Our number is on the do not call list.

They called my cell mid afternoon today....didn't even leave a message.  My caller ID had this number coming out of North Dakota.

Ive been recieving these calls for weeks! I press 1 to opt out and be placed on the do not call list. That hasn't worked ive done it many times. So now ive been trying to press 2 and talk to a live person. Ive asked them to place me on the do not call list. That hasn't worked either. Ive even tried just not answering nothing is working and im about ready to hire a private investigator to look into this matter. Does anyone know what to do here? Any help would be greatlly apprieciated.

Just rec'd the same call.  I did not answer and no message was left

I received a call on my cell phone and got a recording telling me that I won a security system. I hung up.  I do not want to receive any solicitations or surveys or charity calls on my cell phone.  I have already quit answering the land line unless I know who it is.  This is an unbelievable amount of gall to annoy someone on a cellphone.

I want them to STOP CALLIN ME!!!!!1!!!1
